空行母增延寿命，秘密空行四尊者，事业空行修自身，身色黑发散乱，右手持钺刀，左手持颅器，上半身以花纹绸缎装饰，双臂亦是如此。空行母身色如是，自身亦当如是修。门巴族门女及，出家等众显神通，光和气味等皆来，光晕耳语言语生。空行母左旋咒语声，自身着黑衣期愿服，上身披花纹绸缎，诅咒降伏亦当行。猛厉催供作委托，若忏悔罪堕于少女，积七份食施花朵散，语忏于首作忏悔，置于自身之顶上，祈请赐予共同成就，禁语不示他坛城，根本支分诸誓言，二十八条如法守。甘露药物作供养。嗡 纳呢 纳呢 玛哈嘎哩，嘎让 嘎让，布拉 米吉 玛拉里，萨达那 萨达那，波地嘎 地，给拉 给拉 嘎巴 达，波地 切给 摩给拉 玛刚 巴，贝贝 杜给 卡当 达巴。修持十万或百万遍，恒常供养是为要。达吉尼 达 杜吽 德 杜吽 达，ra吉尼 让 让 容 让 容 惹，拉吉尼 朗 朗 隆 隆 隆 朗，嘎吉尼 根 贡 给 贡 嘎 巴嘎尼 桑 辛 孙 森 苏 梭哈，哈吉尼 杭 辛 轰 嘿 呼 杭。于上方根本咒各各，此咒各各添加之。食肉女 金刚 诺地 斯达 给拉 亚 给拉 亚。萨玛雅 贝萨。主母药之护法四，化身秘密之母亦四，事业空行六种相，五大自在寿命主。语诵橛而立橛者，橛之身乃各各变。猛厉发出并安住，如是思维。地之空行坏色蕴，水之空行灭受蕴，火之空行焚想蕴，风之空行行蕴摄，虚空空行迁识蕴，寿命主母自处迁，罪堕何者度于净土，安住无生之地界，八瓣莲花之坛城中，十六眷属环绕之。

Dakini Tshepelma. The four secret Dakinis are: The Karma Dakini meditates on herself. Her body is black with disheveled hair. In her right hand she holds a curved knife, and in her left hand she holds a skull cup. The upper part of her body is adorned with patterned silk. Both arms are the same. The goddess's body color is the same. One should meditate on oneself in the same way. Monpa, Monmo women, and ordained people and others have miraculous powers. Light and smells come. Light, deafness, and speech arise. The Dakini's mantra is recited counterclockwise. One wears a black robe of hope. The upper garment is adorned with patterned silk. Curses and insults should also be cast. Fiercely urge the offering and entrust it. If you confess your sins to a girl, accumulate seven offerings, give food, scatter flowers, confess your sins on your head, place it on your own head, and say, "Grant common accomplishments." Keep silent and do not show other mandalas. The root and branch vows are to be kept properly in twenty-eight ways. Make offerings of nectar and medicine. OM Nani Nani Mahakali, Gharen Gharen, Bula Miji Marali, Sadana Sadana, Podhika Dhi, Kera Kera Kapa Dha, Podhi Chege Moke Rama Gambha, Bibi Duge Khadam Dapa. Recite ten thousand or a million times. It is important to make offerings regularly. Dhakini Dha Dhum Dhe Dhum Dha, Rakshini Ram Ram Rum Ram Rum Ra, Lakini Lam Lam Lum Lom Lum Lam, Kakini Kim Kum Kem Kum Ka Pagani Sam Sim Sum Sem Su Svaha, Hakini Ham Him Hum He Hu Ham. Add each of these mantras to each of the above root mantras. Sri Mo Vajra Noti Sta Kila Ya Kila Ya. Samaya Bhe Sa. The four chief medicine protectors, the four emanations of the secret mother, the six aspects of the Karma Dakini, the mistress of life who controls the five elements. By reciting the mantra and erecting the phurba, the body of the phurba transforms into each one. Think of it as emitting and dwelling fiercely. The Dakini of earth destroys the form aggregate. The Dakini of water destroys the feeling aggregate. The Dakini of fire burns the perception aggregate. The Dakini of wind gathers the formation aggregate. The Dakini of space transfers the consciousness aggregate. The mistress of life transfers from her place. Whoever has fallen is liberated into the pure land and dwells in the unborn realm. In the mandala of the eight-petaled lotus, surrounded by sixteen attendants.
