One is the practice of the mind. The seven perfections of the five accomplishments. Three great transmissions, ten samadhis, seven great occasions, and seven mandalas of the three heat-manifesting decrees. Among the seven perfections, the first is the perfection of the place: the samadhi is bright and beautiful, pleasing, the hills are full of flowers and fruits, a place of joy and delight. Abiding in this pleasant place, after blessing, sealing, and stabilizing, hold the ground and bless it. Purify the ground there, in the space of the unfolding of Dharma-nature, stack the five great elements of the five wisdoms. In the space of the unfolding of the Alaya, stack the five great elements of generation. From BHRŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) comes a precious palace, without beginning or end, pervading everywhere. Densely entwined with the seedlings of Tala trees, the red crescent moon is the seal of power. BHRŪṂ KHATALI BI BHRŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: none, Sanskrit Romanization: none, Chinese literal meaning: none). It is the perfect palace. Mark the area with lines, clean it with grass. In the palace where the Buddhas reside, make a square mandala of one arrow-length. Make a mandala of five kinds of fragrance. Draw four lines, dividing it into nine areas. In the center, draw a wish-fulfilling tree, with eight pillars in the four directions and four corners. The east is the eight-petaled lotus mandala, representing the peaceful great Vajra family. The south draws an eight-sided jewel, representing the increasing great Ratna family. The west draws an eight-petaled lotus, representing the empowering great Padma family. The north draws an eight-spoked wheel, representing the activity great Karma family. The corners draw the jewel flame family, drawn between the four corners. Draw the nine mandalas according to the scriptures. In the center of it, contemplate, the three realms of Brahma, a beautiful container, a naturally born vessel not created from the beginning. In the radiant vessel, put the medicine within it, the five wisdoms self-born nectar. The above is the perfection of the place. The perfection of resources: in order to enter the meaning of secrecy, before the secret activity, practice repentance, generate Bodhicitta, abandon, fulfill, recite, and give three shares. Entrust the protectors of the Dharma with the important task of offering and protection. In addition, outside of the activity, invite the protectors to reside in the four supports. In each direction of Mount Meru and the four continents, Vajrapani, the power of
