首先是灌顶薄伽梵，五蕴的寿命衰减时，大手印父尊来摄持。五大的寿命衰减时，般若佛母来摄持。界和处寿命衰减时，由菩提萨埵眷属来摄持。 吽~ 猛！金刚鹏鸟的翅膀扇动，从大 समुद्र (Samudra，海洋)深处搅动。降下铁雹，将有 सत्ता (Sattā，存在)的山从根摧毁。降下金刚兵器的雨，将障碍鬼神化为微尘。 扎 吽~ 猛 榜 霍！ तेजस् (Tejas，光辉) मुक्त (Mukta，解脱) वज्र (Vajra，金刚) आयुस् (Āyus，寿命) हे (He，感叹词) आ (Ā，感叹词)！然后将长寿宝瓶交到手中。 吽~ 猛！从虚空界，摩诃母长寿持明母，同样是种姓之母的长寿持明母，身色如纯金之色，手中拿着金宝瓶，以施主之寿命和甘露充满，轮八辐燃烧而封印，此寿命托付，寿命和性命二者稳固，寿命精华，救护性命，灌顶加持。 धात्वीश्वरी (Dhātvīśvarī，界自在母) ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ། 吽~ 猛！从东方，摩诃母长寿持明母，金刚部之母，即佛眼佛母，身色如樟脑水晶之色，手中拿着珍宝水晶宝瓶，以施主之寿命和甘露充满，五股金刚燃烧而封印，此寿命托付，寿命和性命二者稳固，寿命精华，救护性命，灌顶加持。 दृषरति (Dṛṣarati，见喜母) ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ། 吽~ 猛！从南方，摩诃母长寿持明母，宝生部之母，即嘛嘛 giác (Māmakī，嘛嘛 giác佛母)，身色如吠琉璃之色，手中拿着吠琉璃宝瓶，以施主之寿命和甘露充满，珍宝八角燃烧而封印，此寿命托付，寿命和性命二者稳固，寿命精华，救护性命，灌顶加持。 मोहरति (Moharati，迷喜母) ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ། 吽~ 猛！从西方，摩诃母长寿持明母，莲花部之母，即白衣佛母，身色如红宝石之色，手中拿着红宝石宝瓶，以施主之寿命和甘露充满，莲花八瓣燃烧而封印，此寿命托付，寿命和性命二者稳固，寿命精华，救护性命，灌顶加持。 राग रति (Rāga rati，贪喜母) ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ། 吽~ 猛！从北方，摩诃母长寿持明
English
First, the empowerment Bhagavan, when the life of the five aggregates declines, the Mahamudra Father will hold. When the life of the five elements declines, the Wisdom Goddess Mother will hold. When the realms and sense bases life declines, the Bodhisattva retinue will hold. Hūṃ~ Phaṭ! The wings of the Vajra Garuda flap, stirring from the depths of the great Samudra (ocean). Rain down iron hail, destroying the mountain of Sattā (existence) from its roots. Rain down a rain of Vajra weapons, turning the obstructing spirits into dust. Jaḥ Hūṃ~ Phaṭ Vaṃ Hoḥ! Tejas Mukta Vajra Āyus He Ā! Then hand over the longevity vase. Hūṃ~ Phaṭ! From the realm of space, Mahamudra Longevity-holding Mother, likewise the Longevity-holding Mother who is the mother of the family, her body color is like the color of pure gold, holding a golden vase in her hand, filled with the life and nectar of the patron, sealing with a burning eight-spoked wheel, entrusting this life, may life and vitality both be stable, life essence, protect life, empower and bless. Dhātvīśvarī Tshe Bhrūṃ! Hūṃ~ Phaṭ! From the east, Mahamudra Longevity-holding Mother, the mother of the Vajra family, namely Buddha Eye, her body color is like the color of camphor crystal, holding a precious white crystal vase in her hand, filled with the life and nectar of the patron, sealing with a burning five-pronged Vajra, entrusting this life, may life and vitality both be stable, life essence, protect life, empower and bless. Dṛṣarati Tshe Bhrūṃ! Hūṃ~ Phaṭ! From the south, Mahamudra Longevity-holding Mother, the mother of the Ratna family, namely Māmakī, her body color is like the color of lapis lazuli, holding a lapis lazuli vase in her hand, filled with the life and nectar of the patron, sealing with a burning eight-cornered jewel, entrusting this life, may life and vitality both be stable, life essence, protect life, empower and bless. Moharati Tshe Bhrūṃ! Hūṃ~ Phaṭ! From the west, Mahamudra Longevity-holding Mother, the mother of the Padma family, namely White-robed Mother, her body color is like the color of ruby, holding a ruby vase in her hand, filled with the life and nectar of the patron, sealing with a burning eight-petaled lotus, entrusting this life, may life and vitality both be stable, life essence, protect life, empower and bless.
