་དལ་བསྣམས་ནས།། དྲོངས་ཤིག་དྲོངས་ཤིག་ཚེ་དྲོངས་ཤིག། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ།། ཨོྂ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ། དགའ་བ་བཞི་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡི།། བསྙེན་བསྒྲུབ་རྣམ་བཞི་བསྒྲུབ་པ ཡིས།། ཁུ་བ་འཐུང་ན་ནད་མེད་ཅིང།། དེ་ཡི་ཚེ་ཡང་ལྷ་དང་མཉམ།། དབང་གི་མཆོག་ཏུ་དེ་འགྱུར་རོ།། སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ཡི་ཐུགས་གནས་བསྟིམ།། ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ།། བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རྒྱུད་ལས། གསང བ་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་ལ་ཚེ་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཅུ་གསུམ་པའོ།།།། དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱིས། མཆོད་པ་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་ནས། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ ཏོ།། སངས་རྒྱས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐུགས།། འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་ལ་ཀུན་གཞི་ཡིད།། རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཨཱ་ཡུཿའི་ཚེ་རྣམས་བསྒྲུབ།། དམ་རྫས་བྱང་སེམས་དཀར་དམར་ལེན།། འདི་ཡི་ཚེ་དང་སྲོག་བརྟེན་ནས།། མགོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་ལ རྗེས་ཡི་རང།། ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏོ།། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འདི་གསུངས་སོ།། འགྱུར་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་རྒྱུད།། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཟུང་ལ་མཁའ་འགྲོས་སྲུངས།། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་ལྡན་སྤྱོད་པས་འགྲོ་དོན མཛད།། མི་ནུབ་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་པར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྤྱོད།། ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ།། སྟོན་པ་དང་འཁོར་རྣམས་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངང་དུ་ཐིམ་སྟེ་ཆོས་སྐུར་བཞུགས་སོ།། བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རྒྱུད་ལས། རྒྱུད་གཏད་པའི ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཅུ་བཞི་པའོ།། བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རྒྱུད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།།།། རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་པཎྜིཏ་བི་མ་ལ་མི་ཏྲ་ལ། བོད་ཀྱི་ལོཙྪ་བ་མཇིང་གསལ་འབར་གྱི་ཞུས་ཏེ་བསྒྱུར་ནས་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ པའོ།།།།

缓步持来。 请赐予，请赐予，请赐予长寿！ 请赐予金刚长寿的成就！ 嗡 阿 瑜 嘉纳 策 贝 吽 (藏文：ཨོྂ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ，梵文天城体：ओँ आयुर्ज्ञान त्से भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āyurjñāna tse bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，寿命，智慧，长寿，吽)。 具足四喜者， 以四种修持而修持， 若饮精液则无病， 其寿命亦与天神等同， 彼将成为灌顶之殊胜。 融入修行者之心。 如是说。 《甘露旋流不死长寿续》中，于虚空秘密中修长寿品第十三。 其后，菩提萨埵大菩萨金刚法，以如是供养而供养后，如是祈请。 佛陀大乐之心， 于一切众生为阿赖耶识， 瑜伽士修持阿瑜的长寿， 取受誓言物白红菩提心。 以此之寿命与命根为依， 怙主于您随喜。 如是祈请。 其后，薄伽梵如是说。 不变长寿之成就续， 金刚法受持，空行母守护， 具足法眼者，以行利益众生， 您当行使不灭之教法广大。 如是说。 本师及眷属融入法性之中，安住于法身。 《甘露旋流不死长寿续》中，交付续部品第十四。 《甘露旋流不死长寿续》完毕。 印度堪布班智达毗玛拉米扎拉，由藏地译师曼觉赛巴校译并确定。

Having brought it slowly. Please grant, please grant, please grant longevity! Please grant the accomplishment of Vajra Longevity! Oṃ āyurjñāna tse bhrūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ आयुर्ज्ञान त्से भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āyurjñāna tse bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Life, Wisdom, Longevity, Hum). One who possesses the four joys, By practicing the four kinds of practice, If one drinks the essence, one will be without illness, And one's lifespan will be equal to the gods. That will become the supreme empowerment. Absorbed into the heart of the practitioner. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of Nectar Flowing, Immortal Life, the thirteenth chapter on accomplishing longevity in the secret space. Thereafter, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra Dharma, having made offerings with that very offering, supplicated thus: The mind of the Buddha of Great Bliss, For all beings is the Alaya consciousness, The yogis accomplish the longevity of Ayu, Taking the white and red Bodhicitta as the substance of the vow. Relying on this life and life force, I rejoice in you, Protector. Thus he supplicated. Thereafter, the Bhagavan spoke thus: The lineage of the unchanging accomplishment of longevity, Vajra Dharma holds, and the Dakinis protect. Those who possess the Dharma eye, benefit beings through their actions, You shall practice to expand the undying teachings. Thus it was said. The Teacher and retinue dissolved into the nature of reality and remained in the Dharmakaya. From the Tantra of Nectar Flowing, Immortal Life, the fourteenth chapter on entrusting the Tantra.
