Even if you draw a picture on paper or wood, make a dark brown image on the land of the cemetery and recite the mantra, the enemy will suffer from plague headaches and limb paralysis. Then again, meditate on the Wrathful One, and recite the mantra of the Fortress Goddess Nine-Hair Mother: Trong Trong Ba Ti Bar Long Khu Khu Tha Ta Tha Ta, Kha Kha Dur Dur Dur, Mo Kham Kham Kham Ru Kham, Dud Kyi Kham La Ru Ru, Dam Dam Sha, Dud Kyi Sog Le Ya Ram Ya Ram, by reciting the mantra, even demons will die, let alone enemies. Then again, meditate on the Wrathful One, and recite the mantra of the Snow Mountain Daughter One-Eyed Mother: A Li Du Dun Ki Ru Ga Ling Wu Long, Phyong Shig Shig, Sog Bam Pa Ti Bam, by reciting the mantra, disease will be sent to the enemy's land. Again, meditate on the Wrathful One, and recite the mantra of Vajra Force Tara: Na Na Na Shun Tsin Du Shed Shed Tis Ta Bad Dam Bhrum Ril Ril, Li Li Bhye Ru Lu Ru Lu Hum Bhye Hum.

嗡。敌人会因各种疾病而死亡。拥有此口诀之人，不散乱修持精进者，不损毁誓言且具备所需之物，将殊胜誓言物与经典放入后，可随意施放瘟疫与疾病。三千世界毁灭成废墟。发送经典中已有的催促之语。施放瘟疫疾病之章节，第三十六品完。 降伏损害之神再次祈请道：发起此等猛烈事业，对一切众生都有利益吗？请至尊圆满之父垂听。请至尊圆满之父赐予开示。听闻此祈请后，奇妙之神赐予开示，指示发起事业之目标。我将如实指示，谛听，永恒真实者。发起此诛杀事业，并非为了所有众生。对于具名之人，对于拥有经典之人，对于拥有意义之僧团，对于拥有传承之堪布和阿阇黎，对于拥有佛法之国王，对于拥有法律之婆罗门，对于拥有征兆之妇女，都未曾开示可以发起此事业。即使发起也不会成功，自身反而会毁灭。为了谋求他人之利益，为了帮助他人而发起，自己取回自己的财物，被指定迅速食用者，变得贫穷困苦者，对于不理解的愚蠢之人，我未曾开示可以发起此事业。即使发起也会增加罪业。对于自己怨恨极大之人，对于存在细微的堪布之争，对于存在微小的争端，对于受到惩罚、权力、鬼神欺骗之人，我未曾开示可以发起此事业。即使发起也会增加罪业。对于自己怨恨极大之人，发起则会堕入三恶道。这些是发起事业之特征：造作五无间罪者，诽谤大乘者，摧毁神圣佛法者，与古代圣贤为敌者，盗取教法、制造违逆者，明明有份却大肆破坏者，明明自己足够却抢夺他人者，压迫所有无辜者，对所有可怜之人没有慈悲心者，赞美罪恶一方、诽谤善行者，杀害有功德者和智者，制造瑜伽障碍、偷盗抢劫者，食用精华和修行之受用者，从内心深处准备吞噬者。

Om. May the enemy die from various diseases. One who possesses this mantra, who diligently practices without distraction, who does not break vows and possesses the necessary items, by placing the supreme samaya substances and scriptures, can freely send plagues and diseases. The three thousand worlds will be destroyed into ruins. Send the urging words that are in the scriptures. This concludes the thirty-sixth chapter on sending plagues and diseases. The deity who subdues harm again requested: Do these fierce actions that are initiated benefit all beings? Please, Supreme Perfect Father, listen. Please, Supreme Perfect Father, grant your teachings. Having heard this request, the wondrous deity granted teachings, indicating the purpose of initiating actions. I will truly indicate, listen, O eternal and true one. This action of liberation, it was not said to be done for all. For a person with a name, for a person who possesses scriptures, for a sangha that possesses meaning, for a Khenpo and Acharya who possess lineage, for a king who possesses Dharma, for a Brahmin who possesses laws, for a woman who possesses signs, it was not said that this action should be initiated. Even if initiated, it will not succeed, and one's own self will be ruined. To seek the benefit of others, to initiate for the purpose of helping others, to take back one's own wealth, to designate someone to eat quickly, to become poor and destitute, for an ignorant fool, I have not said that this action should be initiated. Even if initiated, it will increase negative karma. For someone who harbors great hatred, for minor disputes among Khenpos, for minor conflicts, for those who are punished, controlled, or deceived by spirits, I have not said that this action should be initiated. Even if initiated, it will increase negative karma. For someone who harbors great hatred, initiating it will lead to falling into the three lower realms. These are the characteristics of initiating this action: committing the five inexpiable sins, slandering the Mahayana, destroying the sacred Dharma, being an enemy of the wise ones of the past, stealing teachings and creating opposition, destroying greatly even when having a share, robbing others even when one has enough, oppressing all the innocent, having no compassion for all the miserable, praising the side of evil and slandering virtue, killing those with qualities and the wise, creating obstacles for yogis, stealing and robbing, consuming the essence and the enjoyment of practice, preparing to devour from the depths of the heart.
