玛莫佐钦大威神，念诵如意宝珠咒，摧毁外道诸蕴母，迷人幻化大灭母。 贪欲血之坛城中，千位玛莫佐钦绕。若遇猛烈搅动之时，夜叉魔王亦不胜。母夜叉魔亦不胜。赞拉四口何足惧，迅猛八部何足惧，天铁白尊何足惧，男厉女厉何足惧。玛莫空行事业时，抛掷七七根骨橛。夜叉魔王亦不胜。从无争处持套索，三百化身作驱散，三百六十位使者，派遣金刚作事业。投掷于他化自在处，瑜伽行者毁誓者，夜叉魔王亦不胜。母夜叉魔亦不胜。十三尊大天铁索，搅动吞食鬼魅血。十三尊大地铁索，搅动饮用仇敌心血。如是铁索之主母，以及人病瘟疫之主母，马血驴血与羊血，以及研磨之黄金，研磨之绿松石酒与新麦，取少许白芥子念诵此咒：吽 宁 贝（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་སྙིང་བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：हूं हृद् भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hṛd bhyo，汉语字面意思：吽 心 贝）。恶心巴汝丹（藏文：སྙིང་ངན་པ་རུ་ཏཾ།，梵文天城体：हृदय न्गन् प रुतं，梵文罗马拟音：hṛdaya ngan pa rutaṃ，汉语字面意思：心 恶 汝丹）。腹血度比惹达 萨瓦纳 梭哈（藏文：ཁོང་ཁྲག་ཏུ་བི་ར་རྟ་སརྦ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：खं ख्रक् तु बि र र्त सर्व न स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ khrak tu bi ra rta sarva na svāhā，汉语字面意思：腹 血 度 比惹达 萨瓦 梭哈）。或者念诵一百零七遍，或者念诵二十七遍，或者念诵十七遍。行持此法有何利益？三有亦能化为尘。诸天亦皆颤抖摇动，若魔与罗刹化为尘，何须赘言一切敌障？玛莫金铁索之篇，第二十三品终。 降伏魔障之神复请问，修法生起障碍者，以及摧毁殊胜教法者，以及善知识之怨敌，玛莫降下血铁索者，祈请垂听圆满尊。圆满佛陀如是宣说，谛听降伏魔障之神主，对于摧毁教法与障碍者，以及成为怨敌所诛杀者，真实如是吾宣说。其中首先如何降下血铁索？于白银碗中置放血肉混合物，于绿松石碗中置放气息与尿液，于红铜碗中置放五种血混合物，于青铁碗中置放人油与人肉气味

From the mandala of blood of desire, Surrounded by a thousand Māmo Zorkhens. When the time comes for intense stirring, Even the Yaksha demon will not prevail. The mother Yaksha demon will not prevail. What is there to fear from the four-mouthed Tsen? What is there to fear from the swift Eight Classes? What is there to fear from the white Sky God? What is there to fear from the male and female dagger? At the time of the Māmo Dakini's work, Throw seven times seven bone daggers. The Yaksha demon will not prevail. From the place of non-contention, holding a lasso, Three hundred emanations are scattered, To the three hundred and sixty messengers, Command the Vajra to accomplish the task. Throw them into the place of others' magical powers. The oath-bound and oath-breaking yogis, The Yaksha demon will not prevail. The mother Yaksha will not prevail. With thirteen great sky iron hooks, Stir and devour the blood of the obstructors. With thirteen great earth iron hooks, Stir and drink the heart blood of the enemies. Thus, the mistress of the iron hook, And the mistress of human disease and plague, Horse blood and donkey blood, Goat blood and ground gold, Ground turquoise wine and the best barley, Take a little white mustard seed and recite this mantra: Hūṃ hṛd bhyo (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་སྙིང་བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：हूं हृद् भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hṛd bhyo，汉语字面意思：吽 心 贝). Ngan pa rutaṃ (藏文：སྙིང་ངན་པ་རུ་ཏཾ།，梵文天城体：हृदय न्गन् प रुतं，梵文罗马拟音：hṛdaya ngan pa rutaṃ，汉语字面意思：心 恶 汝丹). Khong khrak tu bi ra rta sarva na svāhā (藏文：ཁོང་ཁྲག་ཏུ་བི་ར་རྟ་སརྦ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：खं ख्रक् तु बि र र्त सर्व न स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ khrak tu bi ra rta sarva na svāhā，汉语字面意思：腹 血 度 比惹达 萨瓦 梭哈). Or recite it one hundred and seven times, Or recite it twenty-seven times, Or recite it seventeen times. What is the benefit of practicing this ritual? Even the three realms will be reduced to ashes. All the gods will tremble and shake, If demons and Rakshasas are reduced to ashes, What need is there to mention all enemies and obstacles? The chapter on the Māmo Golden Iron Hook, the twenty-third chapter, is complete. The god who subdues harm again asked, Those who create obstacles to practice, And those who destroy the sacred Dharma, And the enemies of the virtuous spiritual friends, The Māmo who casts the blood iron hook, Please listen, perfect Lord. The perfect Buddha spoke thus, Listen, chief of the god who subdues harm, For those who destroy the Dharma and create obstacles, And those who have become enemies to be slain, Truly, thus I will explain. First, how to cast the blood iron hook? In a white silver bowl, place a mixture of flesh and bones, In a blue turquoise bowl, place breath and urine, In a red copper bowl, place a mixture of five kinds of blood, In a blue iron bowl, place human oil and the smell of human flesh.

Throw the effigy upwards, kill the heretical enemies! Furthermore, encourage all who are known as mothers. If mixed with various poisons, it will turn into plague. If mixed with blood, it will turn into various blood diseases. If it is certain to conquer the powerful in the world, What need is there to mention all enemies and obstacles? This is the blood effigy of the mothers.
