获得成就，若不退失清净则愿望成就，持守誓言清净则能获得。此乃存在秘密之堡垒，喜悦于利益众生，重视大乘，供养金刚上师，慈爱眷顾后代，愿与具缘者相遇。传承交付品第二十一章完毕。 损减调伏天神再次祈请，为了摄集众生之殊胜寿命，以及利益瑜伽士们，我祈请于现证之父。现证之父赐予开示：谛听，损减调伏天神之主，关于瑜伽士之殊胜寿命，我将如实宣说。其中，寿命之传承虽有多种，然从传承中以口诀方式修持，则有不可夺取之金刚决定寿命，以及增减所依之寿命二者。其中，于不可夺取之金刚决定寿命中，开示是否已到修持大法之时机，若时机已到则往何处之五部，以及修持之方法，对施主广为行事，修持后所充满之地，以及咒师自身之修持等五者。其中，观察是否已到修持大法之时机，乃是观修身体于何处摄取，往何处而去而作决断。若时机已到，则修持之方法为：自身（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བིནྡུ་ཨ་，梵文天城体：आयुर्ज्ञानबिन्दु अ，梵文罗马拟音：āyurjñānabindu a，汉语字面意思：寿命智点阿）之心明亮，以及寿命之部（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཛར་，梵文天城体：आयुर्ज्ञान जर，梵文罗马拟音：āyurjñāna jar，汉语字面意思：寿命智扎尔）明亮二者。宾度（藏文：བིནྡུ་，梵文天城体：बिन्दु，梵文罗马拟音：bindu，汉语字面意思：点）亚之心秘密于白色菩提心上闪耀，以及宾度（藏文：བིན་དུ་，梵文天城体：बिन्दु，梵文罗马拟音：bindu，汉语字面意思：点）扎之内心秘密于红色菩提心上清澈，从生起菩提心之光芒收放中，以如黄金白银混合熔炼之颜色般的，光芒遍布五部之所，生起五部一切贪着之心。生起秘密欢喜后献上安乐之供养。所谓五部，即是四空界与一虚空，即具螺号之空界，具牛旗之空界，具莲花之空界，具图纹之空界四者。虚空乃是秘密安乐之母，友伴之女王。纵然大时机已到，然除往此五者之空界外别无他处，故对此五者献上秘密安乐之供养，圆满誓言，延长智慧之光芒收放，乃是延长修持之方法。其中，劝请之语。

Attaining accomplishment, if not degenerated and pure, wishes will be fulfilled. If vows are kept pure, attainment will occur. This is the secret fortress of existence. Rejoicing in benefiting beings, prioritizing the Great Vehicle, making offerings to the Vajra Master, and lovingly caring for descendants, may I meet with those who are fortunate. The chapter on entrusting the lineage, the twenty-first, is complete. The deity Annihilation of Harm again requested, for the purpose of gathering the supreme life of beings, and to benefit yogis, I beseech the Manifest Completion Father. The Manifest Completion Father gave instructions: Listen, chief of the deity Annihilation of Harm, I will truly explain the supreme life of yogis. Among them, although there are many kinds of life transmissions, by practicing from the transmission through oral instructions, there are two types: the indestructible Vajra determined life, and the increasing and decreasing dependent life. Among them, in the indestructible Vajra determined life, it is shown whether the time for great practice has arrived or not, and if the time has arrived, where to go among the five families. Also, the method of practice, extensively acting for the patron, the place filled after practice, and the practice of the mantra practitioner himself, are the five. Among them, examining whether the time for great practice has arrived or not is determined by meditating on where the body is taken and where it goes. If the time has arrived, the method of practice is: clarifying the heart of oneself (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བིནྡུ་ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुर्ज्ञानबिन्दु अ, Sanskrit Romanization: āyurjñānabindu a, Literal Chinese meaning: Life Wisdom Point A), and clarifying the life family (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཛར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुर्ज्ञान जर, Sanskrit Romanization: āyurjñāna jar, Literal Chinese meaning: Life Wisdom Jar). The secret heart of Bindu (Tibetan: བིནྡུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Literal Chinese meaning: Point) Ya shines on the white bodhicitta, and the secret heart of Bindu (Tibetan: བིན་དུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Literal Chinese meaning: Point) Ja is clear on the red bodhicitta. From the radiating and gathering of the arising bodhicitta, with a color like molten gold and silver mixed, rays of light spread to the places of the five families, generating the mind of attachment to all five families. Having generated secret joy, offer the bliss offering. The so-called five families are the four skies and one space, namely the sky with conch shells, the sky with bull banners, the sky with lotuses, and the four skies with patterns. Space is the secret bliss mother, the queen of companions. Even if the great time has arrived, there is nowhere else to go except to the skies of these five, so offer the secret bliss offering to these five, fulfill the commitment, and prolong the radiating and gathering of wisdom, which is the method of prolonging practice. Thus it is said. Ah, from the unborn body itself, the meaning of secret bliss arises. Abiding in the vajra, placed upon the lotus. With undefiled, unattached play, the heart vow of the mother is fulfilled. May the life and glory of beings be firm. Increasing bliss, life is firm as a vajra. Bewildering bliss, this life relies on the lotus. Consuming bliss, this life must certainly be increased. Bliss and life increase, fulfilling the hopes of beings. The vast realm of bliss is the mother of all existence. Whenever the time comes, the wise should transform it again. Therefore, in the place of decline, one should again, within the sky and the five elements, generate the mandala of secret play and power, and instruct. Therefore, the words of exhortation are: From the palace of the Eastern Bliss Realm, grant empowerment of निश्चित（藏文：ངེས་པ།，梵文天城体：निश्चित，梵文罗马拟音：niścita，汉语字面意思：certain） life.
