以地供养誓言，献上这殊胜的供品，祈愿所托之事皆能成就。南方之方的统治者，掌管水之本源，主宰众生之血脉。以此血供养，献上殊胜的供品，祈愿所托之事皆能成就。西方之方的统治者，掌管火之本源，主宰众生之温暖。以此温暖供养，献上殊胜的供品，祈愿所托之事皆能成就。北方之方的统治者，掌管风之本源，主宰众生之呼吸。以此呼吸供养，献上殊胜的供品，祈愿所托之事皆能成就。虚空之族的王后，掌管虚空之空性，主宰众生之光彩。以此光彩供养，献上殊胜的供品，祈愿所托之事皆能成就。以割舍之身，供养五位智慧空行母及主尊父母。现在供养朵玛主之母众：乃是轮回、善趣、三界一切之至尊母，身色深蓝广大，头和面容充满虚空，珍宝发辫照亮显有与轮回。您是欲界之主，供养精华之主之誓言，乃是智慧众之主母，无二无别精华之主。祈愿所托之事皆能成就。如意树之枝干上，白母牦牛头独发母，拥有千日月的头鬘。从八万四千由旬处，嗅着血之气味，品尝红色之味。发辫的末梢从左边盘绕成一股。撼动并充满轮回大地。右边拿着铁和铜的铃索，聚集并抛掷心之索。左边拿着班杂（梵文：Bhaṇḍa）断头血流之器。斩断梵天等八大天神之头颅。以千日月之头颅装饰并覆盖。乃是显有轮回心之主母，以此心供养，献上殊胜的供品，我所托之事祈愿成就。大哉白母，如太阳之光辉，白母独发，供养誓言。

If I fulfill with this radiance, I offer the great substance of harmony. May all entrusted tasks be accomplished. By the body of severance, I fulfill the five wisdom dakinis and the principal father and mother. On the branches of the wish-fulfilling tree, the white mother with a single yak horn, adorned with a garland of a thousand suns and moons. From eighty-four thousand yojanas, she sniffs the scent of blood and tastes the flavor of red. The end of her braid coils to the left in a single strand. She shakes and fills the earth of existence. In her right hand, she holds a bell-lasso of iron and copper, gathering and throwing the lasso of the heart. In her left hand, she holds a Bhaṇḍa (Sanskrit: Bhaṇḍa) dripping with severed heads. She has severed the heads of Brahma and the eight great gods. She adorns and covers her head with a thousand suns and moons. She is the mistress of the heart of existence and samsara. Having fulfilled with this heart, I offer the great substance of harmony. May the tasks I entrust be accomplished.
