从何处滴落，成为一切众生的滋养？从眼睛中央散落各种珍宝的光芒，拥有绿松石的头发。祈求宽恕，以美妙的赞歌来祈请：吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！大哉！伟大的秘密真言。明点结合的独一之母，拥有白色太阳颅鬘，三角形燃烧的独眼，绿松石的头发解脱轮回，以贪恋之手持莲花，珍宝泪滴滋养众生，以自在的钩索解脱外道，明点秘密的独一之母，如先前结合一般，与我无二无别地结合。如此念诵，并发誓成为秘密真言之母，若能如此，七日内便会降下一个月亮，十四日内便会降下一个太阳，二十一日内，成就的班杂中，以心血混合，将会充满。其他的事情也会发生。无论发生什么，都不要舍弃征兆。二十一日时，本尊将会显现。在那里，清晰地观想自身的三摩地，控制红色的藏红花，结结合的手印，献上月亮，并展示结合的方式。自身不生贪恋，脱掉女人的腿部装饰，打扮得美丽，献上结合。在那里，显现结合，混合秘密的心和五种成就，以鼻子供养自身。然后给予修行的道友，然后也给予其他的空行母。然后混合誓言，赐予秘密真言之母的誓言。然后为了消除嫉妒，与三个修行的伴侣结合，混合每个修行伴侣的誓言。然后，以后无论做什么都不会违背，一切如意。成就的功德是，其他的空行母就不用说了，四位愤怒的大自在母，以及心意秘密的外母， 都会像姐妹一样工作，如果命令她们，就会像仆人一样听从吩咐。仅仅是生起嘿汝嘎的形象，就会颤抖着跑来。这个世间的愿望，无论大小，没有不成就的。修持这个的时候，首先献上三种食子，忏悔净化，为累世的业债献上食子，履行誓言。这是日月颅鬘的修持方法。愿吉祥！

From where does it drip, becoming the nourishment for all beings? From the center of the eye, scattering rays of various jewels, possessing turquoise hair. Begging for forgiveness, invoking with beautiful songs of praise: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! Great! The great secret mantra. The sole mother of bindu union, possessing a white solar garland of skulls, the one-eyed one of the burning triangle, the turquoise hair liberating from samsara, holding a lotus with the hand of desire, jewel tears nourishing beings, liberating heretics with the hook of Chittā, the sole mother of the secret bindu, just as before, unite with me inseparably. Recite thus, and vow to become the mother of the secret mantra, if so, within seven days a moon will descend, within fourteen days a sun will descend, within twenty-one days, the bhāṇḍa of accomplishment, mixed with heart blood, will be filled. Other things will also happen. Whatever happens, do not abandon the signs. On the twenty-first day, the deity will manifest. There, clearly visualize your own samādhi, control the red saffron, bind the mudrā of union, offer the moon, and show the manner of union. Do not generate desire in yourself, remove the leg ornaments of the woman, adorn yourself beautifully, and offer union. There, manifest union, mix the secret mind and the five accomplishments, and offer yourself to the nose. Then give it to the fellow practitioner, then also give it to the other ḍākinīs. Then mix the vows and bestow the vows of the secret mantra mother. Then, in order to eliminate jealousy, unite with all three practice partners, and mix the vows of each practice partner. Then, whatever you do in the future will not be contrary, and everything will be as desired. The merits of accomplishment are, not to mention the other ḍākinīs, the four great wrathful sovereign mothers, and the outer mother of the secret mind, will work like sisters, and if you command them, they will listen to your orders like servants. Merely generating the form of Heruka will make them tremble and run to you. The desires of this world, whether great or small, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. When practicing this, first offer the three kinds of tormas, confess and purify, offer tormas for the karmic debts of past lives, and fulfill the vows. This is the practice method of the one with the solar and lunar garland of skulls. May it be auspicious!

寂静善趣母之修法乃已超脱悲伤，以慈悲之光行利益众生之事，是为禅修之母。在寂静险峻之处，备妥四部族之母，四种器物亦如是陈设。不陈设新的田地之精华，圆满具备四部之颅器，田地的烟供不断绝，四尊殊胜金刚橛亦环绕。如实计数大法螺念珠，身穿虎皮为衣，同样披上大块兽皮，备妥肠线缠绕之索。不掺杂水的清澈之血，以及各种誓言物。手持三尖拂尘，是修行和依止的本尊。金刚日忿怒自在母乃是金刚部之自在母，身色洁白，具翡翠发辫，三眼紧咬金刚獠牙，秘密虚空中盘绕金刚嘎乌，以无染之结合拥抱有情世间，右手中的拿着三尖金刚杵，左手拿着田地拂尘，降伏魔众和外道，示现对母饰女王的忿怒相，具有结合之光彩。金刚三界忿怒自在母乃是宝生部之自在母，身色蔚蓝，具珍宝发辫，三眼紧咬珍宝獠牙，蓝色光芒向十方放射，秘密虚空中盘绕珍宝嘎乌，抛掷肠线缠绕之索，束缚魔众和外道，示现对母胎藏母的忿怒相，具有结合之光彩，是珍宝部之主母。金刚莲花忿怒自在母乃是莲花部之自在母，身色红色，具珊瑚发绺，三眼紧咬珊瑚獠牙，秘密虚空中盘绕珊瑚嘎乌，红色光芒摄伏西方，抛洒血之精华，取出魔众和外道之心，以无二之结合拥抱有情世间，示现对母自性母的忿怒相，具有结合之光彩。金刚有寂乐合忿怒自在母乃是事业部之自在母，身色绿色，具金刚铃发辫

Fully possess the skull cups of the four families. Do not cut off the smoke offering of the field. Also encircle the four supreme kila. Accurately count the great conch rosary. Wear tiger skin as clothing. Similarly, offer a large animal hide. Prepare a lasso made of coiled intestines. Pure blood unmixed with water. And various samaya substances. Holding a three-pointed fan, she is the deity of accomplishment and reliance. Vajra Sun Wrathful自在母 is the自在母 of the Vajra family. Her body is white, with turquoise braids. Her three eyes clench vajra fangs. In the secret space, a vajra gau box coils. Embracing existence with undefiled union. In her right hand, she holds a three-pointed vajra. In her left hand, she holds a field fan, subduing demons and heretics. Showing a wrathful expression towards the Queen of Mother Ornaments, she possesses the radiance of union. Vajra Three Realms Wrathful自在母 is the自在母 of the Ratna family. Her body is blue. With a jewel braid. Her three eyes clench jewel fangs. Blue rays radiate in ten directions. In the secret space, a jewel gau box coils. Throwing a lasso made of coiled intestines, binding demons and heretics. Showing a wrathful expression towards the Mother Matrix, she possesses the radiance of union. She is the mistress of the Ratna family. Vajra Lotus Wrathful自在母 is the自在母 of the Padma family. Her body is red, with coral hair strands. Her three eyes clench coral fangs. In the secret space, a coral gau box coils. Red rays subdue the west. Scattering the essence of blood, extracting the hearts of demons and heretics. Embracing existence with non-dual union. Showing a wrathful expression towards the Mother Self, she possesses the radiance of union. Vajra Existence Bliss Union Wrathful自在母 is the自在母 of the Karma family. Her body is green, with a vajra bell braid.
