O swift one of the east, I beseech you to come! White yak skull, sister of the nagas. O swift one of the west, I beseech you to come! Black one with great claws, sister of the yakshas. O swift one of the north, I beseech you to come! These are the four sisters of action. This concludes the eleventh chapter, which is the practice manual and invocation for accomplished yoginis. Yungdrung Lha asked again: All the great powerful ones of the world, in order to benefit sentient beings of existence, how should one properly practice? What substances should one rely on? What signs and times will occur? Please, perfect Buddha, listen to me. The perfect Buddha replied: Listen, Yungdrung Yangdakpa. In a secluded, fearful, and delightful place, prepare as much as possible offerings and so on. Invite three consorts who have the name of Padma and belong to the lineage, to be placed for the purpose of practice. The offerings that become substances should possess eleven pure minds. In a skull cup with willow branches, fill it with rakta that has the characteristics of the Padma lineage. Offer five large butter lamps, and do not cut off the continuous smoke of the great incense offering. Spread out the wings of new and old fields. Prepare abundant offerings as much as possible, and arrange them properly in sevens or threes. As for ornaments and clothing, the main one is a large fur headdress, and wear a hat that gathers all of existence. Hold a five-pointed burning weapon, and count the large mala in the same way. The consort also wears a sheepskin garment made of yangzhi, and holds a three-pointed burning fan. The mala is the same as the main deity. Offer accomplishment vows, precious substances. Cover it with white silk, and place it in the same way. Offer the symbol of the Vajra lineage. The self is visualized as the mantra Heruka, and the consort is also the happy-going one of existence. Meditate on the two as inseparable, and extract the life essence from the rakta. Bajara Shanti Padma Garuti Bhayo (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思).
