You are known as the Wrathful Buddha Queen, the chief of all bliss. In the secret mandala of yogis, through the playful interactions of secret means, the vows of the Mother are fulfilled. The body remains unmoving here, while the attendant ministers move. May the tasks entrusted be accomplished. Thus, inviting the assembly is the Mother, the Ocean of Fra Men. Having made secret offerings, the exhortation is: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Seed syllable) Great Goddess Yogini, sovereign of all the ground, ruling over all appearance and existence, seizing the breath of all beings, holding a great conch shell in hand, uttering a great cry. Making Yama a servant, filling the world with fire. Seizing the life and glory of beings, the lord of bodhicitta, striving for liberation, uniting with all powers. Filling the three realms with emanations, scattering the demon armies into dust. Wearing human skin as clothing, fanning with a khatvanga. The body dwells in wrath, adorned with blood and fat. Holding a razor in hand, extracting the hearts of all. Seated on a vast seat of corpses, acting as a friend to yogis. Eating flesh as food, casting the noose of citta. Binding the sun and moon on the crown of the head, placing the three thousand in bliss. Enslaving the sons and daughters of demons, with great pride and violence. This heart and blood mixed in a conch shell, offered to your body, may the tasks entrusted be accomplished. This is the one with a garland of sun and moon skulls. Also the mistress of the citta of all who sever the root. Also having power over the hearts of all.
