Having purified the habitual tendencies, with the five burning implements, purify the habitual tendencies of appearance, transform the basis of the five poisons into the five wisdoms, empower with the nectar of the five families' heart essence, in order to fulfill the vows of the Buddhas who abide in the nature of the three bodies, with the ultimate satisfaction and the yogi whose mind stream is completely pure, even if it becomes a supreme cause, cut off boundaries, impose commands, discard flowers, open the eyes and reveal the deity. With the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, as well as consciousness and elements as the object of focus, having fulfilled the vows of the deities in the realm of reality, Katari, grant the empowerment of this blessed sword. Close the door of the five causes, cut off the five poisons, transfer the place of consciousness, empower and establish on the irreversible ground. Offer flesh and blood, etc., as offerings for the gathering. The yogi who possesses this meaning, through cutting off life and killing, fulfills the vow of consciousness. Those who do not possess this meaning, yogis who merely hold the name, because the mind stream is unclear, the meaning of the action is confused, even if they fulfill it, it cannot be completed, and instead becomes a cause of samsara. This is the explanation of the order of fulfillment. To eliminate doubt and hesitation, the beings of the three realms of samsara, are immersed in unpleasant places, with compassion like the rays of the sun, transform body and mind into body, speech, and mind. This is to avert in samsara. Those with heretical views and practices of non-Buddhists, as well as those with inferior views such as Shravakas, those Mantrayana practitioners whose views and practices are confused, conforming to views and practices, leading to the middle way, this is to avert in the heretical, inferior, and confused. Bodhicitta is the very cause of Buddhahood, but with afflictions as the cause of demons, it ripens into the demon of the aggregates. When the demon of the gods seeks an opportunity to enter, and the demon of death creates obstacles, the yogi who possesses meaningful awareness and power, accumulates objects that conform to the teachings of the scriptures, relies on supreme and qualified individuals, and performs the aversion of life exchange, mind transference, and flesh and blood objects. In an instant, body and mind are inseparable, attaining bliss and engaging in virtue, if there is no means to engage in virtue, then avert with the cause of samsara, even a moment of virtuous thought is the cause of Buddhahood, awakening the meaning of virtue, is the fundamental aversion. Without vows, without holding power, the practitioner who practices the conduct of a yogi, without awakening the meaning of virtue,

Having descended from the lineage, merely praising with words is for one's own greatness, but in reality, they perform aversion for the sake of flesh and skin. If I can avert all inferior and supreme powers and blessings, what need is there to mention those in the world who are subject to conditions? If one speaks thus and engages in the act of aversion, then the one who does not avert will become one's own executioner, the cause of samsara. The order of aversion is explained as follows: To press the harmful one onto the ground, the harm to the ultimate mind is, in the Alaya-consciousness, the four types of habitual tendencies reside in order. Without letting the six aggregates dwell on the objects, all habitual tendencies are suppressed and abide in the nature of the Alaya. Through this, one sees the meaning of reality itself, this is the suppression of ultimate truth. Places and mandalas, substances and rituals, methods, blessed by samadhi, mantras, and mudras, if the obstructing obstacles are suppressed, there is no way to increase them, and there is no time for liberation. This is suppression in the realm of conventional truth. Not believing in the truth of the Three Jewels' teachings, seizing the power of the strong in this world, in the abodes of powerful and arrogant gods and nagas, worshiping them, relying on their power, praying to them as deities to harm enemies and create obstacles, this is the worldly, perverse suppression, the basis of opposing the Dharma, and should not be done. The order of suppression is explained as follows: To torment those with competitive minds, for the Dharma-dhatu wisdom that has always been present, habitual tendencies and afflictions arise in competition, sharpening the wisdom of awareness and tormenting it in the Dharma-dhatu, this is the ultimate torment. With the adornments of great and blazing glory, to torment the competitive Rudra, purifying the two obscurations and perfecting the two accumulations, this is torment through symbols. For the accomplishment of the yoga of mastery, enemies and obstacles of those with competitive minds, on cloth, grass, or tree bark, writing names or drawing forms, tormenting them with the blood-drinking heart-mark phurba, this is torment through substances. One's own self abiding in the steadfastness of samadhi, placing it below and completely tormenting it, this is completely tormenting through thought and action. The order of torment is explained as follows. Thus it was said, so that future yogis will not be confused when engaging in activities for the benefit of themselves and others. From the Great Tantra of the Secret Vajrakila, the chapter on separately explaining the order of activities for the benefit of oneself and others, the thirty-eighth.
