That which happened before in that time, the Rakshasa of karmic wickedness, the union of all Buddhas, how the fierce lord is fierce, now happens in this life, this mountain of triple poison, with the union of burning anger and agitation, how appropriate it is to descend in this way. All the Buddhas gathered together, covered by angry black clouds, with the great expedient of manifesting and using burning, the time to save samsara has come. Thus they discussed. The Bhagavan, the assembly of great desire, discussed: For those who are extremely evil and fierce, tranquility cannot benefit, from the nature of wisdom and means, all Tathagatas become wrathful deities. Those with wrathful forms can also burn the three realms with wrath, the wrath of the Buddha's great compassion, what need is there to mention the three realms without exception. Thus they discussed. The Bhagavan, the assembly of great jealousy, discussed: From the nature of self-nature purity, bound by wrong discrimination and inversion, clinging to things arbitrarily, in order to subdue all the difficult to subdue, in order to purify the hatred of vows, make the mudra of the charnel ground dance. Thus they discussed. In the Great Secret Tantra of Vajrakila, thinking that tranquility cannot subdue, the Sugatas made the ninth chapter of the teaching discussion. After discussing in this way, the five families of Sugatas, their thoughts became one, the evildoers are obviously fascinated by the path of things, proud of the power of obvious arrogance, and do not obviously believe in the Buddha's teachings, those who destroy the world have not reached the opportunity to benefit from tranquility, seeing that they are subdued by playful actions, all thoughts become one. After that, the Bhagavan said "Hum Hum", all the retinue such as the five families of Sugatas, all the mandalas of the places, etc., were gathered into their own hearts, and disappeared in the nature of the non-dual Dharmadhatu, and dwelt on the nature of suchness of Dharma. That great Vajra of non-discriminating wisdom, being wrathful from the nature of that Dharmadhatu, the nature of suchness in which afflictions such as anger do not naturally exist, and the meaning

Its nature is the all-pervading and clear Samadhi of Universal Illumination. Great compassion and clarity pervade everything, manifesting like the nature of space. From the formless void, the essence of the cause of form, the blue seed syllable Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), blazes like the light of the wise, symbolizing the light of non-discriminating wisdom, which is the Samadhi that subdues attachment and discrimination. From the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, which realizes the vital point of life, in order to manifest the outer world as a palace, abiding in the non-discriminating Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, in order to specifically proclaim these heart essences with miraculous sounds. Thus proclaiming: In the sky of burning hatred, the storm of burning jealousy rages, desire swirls like a vortex of blood, on the ground of profound ignorance, the tall mountain of pride blazes. This is to realize the five great sovereign mothers as the nature of emptiness, thereby manifesting the palace of the five great mothers. Then, again reciting བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं विश्व विशुद्धे हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhrum, all pure, Hum), the five wisdoms are complete, built with five jewels, without inside or outside, illuminating everything, adorned with splendor and beauty. Horse tethers and so on are decorated with jewels, possessing the five desirable qualities and the sounds of musical instruments. Thus, the jewel-blazing palace is manifested. Reciting བྷྲཱུཾ་བྷནྡྷ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་བྷྲཱུཾ། (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ་བྷནྡྷ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་བྷྲཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं बन्ध ज्ञान वज्र भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ bandha jñāna vajra bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhrum, bond, wisdom, vajra, Bhrum), built with the flesh and blood of many dry and wet corpses, nailed with large iron nails blazing with dark blue flames, a huge rosary held by mantras, fire blazing from the mouth, smoke billowing from the nose, flesh and blood as the earth, blood as the ocean, feces, pus, and sewage flowing, pus and serum swirling, on the immovable pillar base, erect corpse pillars, great deity pillar caps, arranging supreme skulls and supreme offerings, laying out skull decorations, the top of the shroud decorated with human heads, large fish banners and makara scales lined up, upper corpse sections and lower corpse sections, bones and flesh separated, making gragra, langlang sounds, burning a grand smoke offering, the birds in the charnel ground making haha, ruru sounds. The clear sun and moon of method and wisdom rise from the sky.
