思维如火花般闪耀。之后，思维上风压制下风回旋，观想所有脉轮如火花般闪耀，如同充满乳粥的腹部。然后是消除障碍的咒语：ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）+ ོྂ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）班匝 嘎萨 玛哈日达 阿玉巴 德瓦 惹恰 吽 帕 梭哈。挥剑时也念诵此咒。金刚部的空行母，无生无死的金刚身，祈请加持于我。这样念诵，黑色的是烦恼所以舍弃，白色的是智慧的部分，所以充满甘露，思维安乐清晰且生起体验。修持此法时，不做三种停留。身体不停留，盘腿而坐，右脚压在左脚之上，手结禅定印，身体摇动。语不停留，念诵空行母的咒语：ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）+ ོྂ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）班匝 达吉尼 耶耶 吽 吽 帕 梭哈。哈日尼萨。这样念诵。心不停留，专注于体验、法性、甘露。所见之物皆观想为空行母，所闻之声皆观想为哈日尼萨，所念之思皆自然解脱，所有饮食皆观想为甘露。念诵咒语之时，观想心莲四瓣的中央，金刚空行母四部以欢喜的姿态注视着，主尊调伏眷属，眷属行持事业。念诵持续不断，观想甘露充满脉轮，行为不做作，任其自然流露，不压抑。五甘露是空行母的食物，所以依靠。口渴时，将烧开的水用脚做成金刚杵的形状后饮用。空行母赐予成就，对于食物的欲望不会生起。每日不间断空行母的供养和朵玛。内部取精要的第五品。秘密生起之流的断绝是，大手印无二之义修持的口诀。首先是加持朵玛的次第，朵玛充满颅器，以甘露酒浸泡，以ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）+ ོྂ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）吽三次加持，首先加持为大清净，其次加持为五妙欲，最后甘露的精华凝聚，思维如火花般闪耀。之后，供养空行母并祈祷：吽！从法界宫殿中，传承上师请降临

Think of it as sparkling. Then, thinking that the upper wind is suppressed and the lower wind is reversed, all the chakras are sparkling, as if the abdomen is filled with milk porridge. Then, the mantra to eliminate obstacles is: Āḥ（Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah）+ Oṃ（Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om） Vajra Kasa Maharita Ayuwa Dewa Raksha Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Recite this mantra even when wielding a sword. O Vajra family Dakini, Vajra body without birth or death, please bless me. By saying this, discard the black, which is affliction, and fill the white, which is the part of wisdom, with nectar, and think that happiness is clear and experience arises. When practicing this, do not stay in three ways. The body does not stay together, sit cross-legged, press the right foot on the left foot, make the hands like a meditation belt, and move the body. The speech does not stay, recite the mantra of the Dakini: Āḥ（Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah）+ Oṃ（Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om） Vajra Ḍākinī Ye Ye Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Harini Sa. Recite like this. The mind does not stay, focus on the experience, the nature of reality, and the nectar. Visualize everything you see as Dakinis, visualize everything you hear as Harini Sa, and let all thoughts be naturally liberated. Visualize all food and drink as nectar. When reciting the mantra, visualize the Vajra Dakini of the four divisions looking at the center of the four petals of the heart lotus with joy, the main deity subdues the retinue, and the retinue performs the actions. Recitation is continuous, visualize the nectar filling the chakras, and the behavior is unpretentious, let it flow naturally, and do not suppress it. The five nectars are the food of the Dakinis, so rely on them. When thirsty, make the boiled water into the shape of a vajra with your feet and drink it. The Dakinis grant accomplishments, and the desire for food will not arise. Do not break the Dakini's offerings and Torma every day. The fifth chapter of taking the essence internally. The cutting off of the secret arising stream is the oral instruction for practicing the meaning of Mahamudra non-duality. First is the order of blessing the Torma, the Torma is filled with a skull cup, soaked in nectar wine, blessed three times with Āḥ（Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah）+ Oṃ（Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om）Āḥ（Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah）Hūṃ, first blessed as great purity, second blessed as the five desires, and finally the essence of nectar is condensed, and think of it as sparkling. I beseech! From the realm of body and wisdom, I beseech the assembly of Yidam deities to descend! From the palace of the Dharmadhatu, I beseech the Buddha Dakinis to descend! From the pure Nirmanakaya realm, I beseech the Vajra Dakinis to descend! From the palace of the Ratna lineage, I beseech the Ratna Dakinis to descend! From the naturally pure palace, I beseech the Padma Dakinis to descend! From the palace of the great charnel ground, I beseech the Karma Dakinis to descend! From the palace of phenomenal existence's illusion, I beseech the flesh-eating Dakinis to descend! From the realm of ground and path, I also beseech the Vidyadharas and Bodhisattvas to descend! The Dakinis of the Tathagata lineage, gather like the sky, please bless me! The Dakinis of the Vajra lineage, are the indestructible Vajra body without birth or death, please bless me! The Dakinis of the Ratna lineage, possess inexhaustible treasures, please bless me! The Dakinis of the Padma lineage, are free from the fault of attachment, please bless me! The Dakinis of the Karma lineage, spontaneously accomplish the four activities, please bless me! May the Buddha Dakinis grant accomplishment! May the Vajra Dakinis grant accomplishment! May the Ratna Dakinis grant accomplishment! May the Padma Dakinis grant accomplishment! May the Karma Dakinis grant accomplishment! The offering of the secret Torma is: Imagine that your ordinary right hand holds a hooked knife. With the Vajra hooked knife, forcefully cut off your own skull from the hairline. Then, hold it in your left hand, and imagine it to be as vast as three thousand worlds. Visualize the five families of Dakinis in the sky in front of you and offer it. The so-called Buddha Dakini, is she not the mind's own nature? I offer all phenomena as Torma! The so-called Vajra Dakini, is she not the unborn wisdom mother? I offer all thoughts as Torma! The so-called Ratna Dakini, is she not the ultimate mother of desire? I offer all needs and desires as Torma! The so-called Padma Dakini, is she not the Dakini without attachment or limit? I offer all desirable qualities as Torma! The so-called Karma Dakini, is she not the Dakini who primarily performs activities? I offer the four activities as offerings!
