Then, within seven steps, offer to the ten directional guardians, first accumulate substances, in the middle meditate on the deity, and finally entrust the tasks. There are four kinds of substances: dig the fire pit, pile up the wood, arrange the offerings, and visualize oneself as the deity. Visualize the fire pit as a palace, the wood as the directional guardians, and bless the offerings. The activity is to first offer, and finally to stab with the phurba. The phurba has a silk crest. Then stab the phurba, stab those who do not listen to the orders of the directional guardians and do not stop talking. Visualize the phurba as the ten wrathful deities, first breathe, in the middle stab, and finally emanate manifestations and cut off the boundaries. After blessing as the ten wrathful deities, entrust the task of guarding the outer boundaries. Then, in the black triangular mandala of the Great Seal, suppress obstacles and demons, and diligently proceed with relaxed ease! Then, suppress the demons, under the threshold of the dwelling, in the skull cup, suppress obstacles, disasters, harmful thoughts, and things born from karma. The method is to first summon and finally suppress the demons. The Dharma King Nectar Swirl, carved in relief, should be placed on the inner and outer lintels. Then place the lintels, to guard against obstacles, place Yama the Executioner, and to prevent the inner attainments from flowing out, place the Nectar Swirl.
