One should not deviate from the Bodhicitta. During practice, one should protect those seven special vows. It should be done like this! The method of abandoning at the base is: For example, in a garden in one place, a poisonous tree grows. Because they do not recognize it as poison, people take it and eat it, and they die from eating it. When they investigate what caused it, they realize it was caused by poison. They say that all the people who died before died because of poison, so they vomit the poison out over months and years. Similarly, the vehicles of gods and humans, and the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, say: The root of samsara in the three realms is the three poisons of affliction, so they regard them as enemies and thorns, and want to abandon them. Sentient beings are like the poisonous tree in the garden. The method of taming is: It is like a doctor who sees the poison and says: That is not necessary, put this in a decoction and boil it, and it will be enough to tame the power with Aru (Terminalia chebula), just as the Bodhisattva's vehicle thinks: There is no need to abandon afflictions, it is enough to tame the nature with antidotes, so they destroy it with reason and tame it. The path of transformation is the Mantrayana practitioner, like a Brahmin who has attained the Vidyadhara. That is, the Brahmin who has attained the Vidyadhara sees it, abandons the poison, and does not need great effort to tame it, because after reciting mantras on it and eating it, it is beneficial for heart wind and so on, just like this, the appearance of the outer Tantra Kriya Yoga is: Abandon the three poisons, the five poisons. There is no need to tame them. All conceptualizations of signs are transformed into the three families of protectors of Kriya, the four families of Buddhas of Upa, and the five families of Buddhas of Yoga. The method of mastering is: It is like a peacock seeing poison as food. That is, when the peacock sees it, it does not abandon it, does not tame it, does not transform it, and eats it, not only is it not harmful, but it becomes a friend, just like the feathers and color are good, the neck is thin, and the voice is pleasant. Maha and Anu do nothing, they take affliction itself as the path, and only practice the behavior of combining liberation. The basis, the Dzogchenpa who abides in his own nature, is like the foundation of the great earth! That is, the foundation of the earth, whether poison grows or not, abides in its own nature, like Deva abandons that affliction, tames,

Yang! Transformation. There is no need to control it either, because there is no bad cause when afflictions arise, and no good cause when they do not arise. Abide in the view of the great ground of self-liberation. In the nature of the single mind-essence, the appearances of the vehicle's views are inconceivable. The essence of the meaning of the doctrine is that the five great wisdoms are manifest. Hold this appearance of sentient beings of the three realms in its own place. Use the five afflictions in a scattered and confused way. Therefore, sink and wander in the ocean of samsara. To this, the cause vehicle practitioner, in countless three kalpas, practices immeasurable hardships, and when he obtains the ground of all-illuminating light as his own fruit, he obtains the definitive meaning from the lama of the noble teacher, and after abandoning the obscurations of knowledge, he obtains the primordial dharmakaya. This definitive meaning of the Vajrayana is that enlightenment is attained in one lifetime through realization. The time of realization and attainment is also simultaneous. Like the lower ones, there is no need for countless three kalpas of effort. The method is to realize that the five afflictions are the mind, and that they are the five wisdoms, therefore samsara has no self-nature. Having realized this, as a means of action, divide the one mind into five wisdoms. In general, wisdom is divided into thirteen dharmas, and each of these is divided into seven internal aspects. In general, the five wisdoms are determined by the number of ninety-one. First, the difference is the difference without separation. That is, the dharmadhatu, great clarity, equality, discriminating awareness, accomplishing activity, and the seven. Second, the general nature is wisdom. No dharmadhatu is obtainable, unobstructed like a mirror is clear, unobtainable and equality pervades, unmixed and discriminating awareness is complete, without effort accomplishing activity is accomplished, and the seven. Third, the definitive word is wisdom itself. That is, because anything arises, it is the dharmadhatu; because it is self-luminous, it is the mirror; because there is no separation, it is equality; because it is not other, it is discriminating awareness; because it is spontaneously accomplished, it is the accomplishing activity wisdom, and the seven! Fourth, the characteristic is indivisible clarity and emptiness, that is, there is no signifiable dharma, there is no obscuring mirror, there is no partial equality, there is no separate grasping, and there is no accomplishing activity that depends on causes and conditions, and the seven. Fifth, the object of focus is the confused dharma, on the sign focus on the dharma, on emptiness focus on the mirror, on intention focus on grasping, on difference focus on not knowing separately, on effort focus on the six
