In the treatises of Yoga, it says, and also in the treatises: Yoga refers to the Bhagavan, Vajrasattva Tathagata, being in close union with him, encompassing all three realms. It is said that, just as one's own mind, the nature of reality, the wisdom of the two, remains unmoved, the form of the deity to be accomplished, speech, mind, mudra, and signs are also clearly manifested. Just as it is clear, it does not move from the realm of signlessness. The inseparability of sign and signlessness is the reality in the sense that no one has transformed it. It is in union with all Buddhas and dharmas, or all Buddhas and dharmas are its essence or nature, in union and abiding, therefore it is called Yoga. In the treatises of Mahayoga, it says: Yoga refers to wisdom and means. It is said that the reality in the sense of the inseparability of father and mother, means and wisdom, the great qualities of body, speech, and mind are in union, perfectly complete, therefore it is called Yoga. Anuyoga is, the realm is reality, wisdom is in union, therefore it is called Yoga. In the treatises of Atiyoga, it says: The root is the mind and all the phenomena that appear in the mind. From now on, it is not accomplished by the path, not transformed by antidotes. It is naturally equal, the Great Perfection. The nature of the mandala of enlightenment in body, speech, and mind is the reality in the sense that no one has transformed it. It is in union with all Buddhas and sentient beings, or Buddhas and sentient beings, all dharmas are in union and abiding in such a nature, therefore it is Yoga. Power is, worldly things to be done are there, bondage is called power, wealth is not a rich miser, just like not being stingy, knowing how to enjoy the desired things is called wealth, just enjoying the qualities of desire, not grasping things and signs like sentient beings, because realizing the inseparability of the nature of reality is great, great by the three kinds of excellence, also even greater. Oily is the samaya, the metaphor of making oneself oily with samaya is, just like taming the stiffness of leather with butter, is taming the stiffness of one's own continuum. The root samaya is body, speech, and mind. The branch samaya is, accepting five, practicing five, knowing five, accomplishing five, not abandoning five.

Those who uphold the conduct of purity and fear. Purity means guarding vows so that the three doors of body, speech, and mind are not stained by wrongdoing. Fear means that if vows are not kept, there will be causes for downfall, omens of downfall, faults of downfall, and transgressions. Conduct means filling and restoring what has fallen, entering with focus on the qualities of habituation. Having become accustomed to these, practice them. Having become accustomed to these, practice the vows of the path of means and the vows of continuous practice. The first has five aspects: categories, how to protect without falling, the reasons for protecting, how to fall, etc. If these are distinguished, it will be clear. Means and wisdom are the path. Means is great compassion, and wisdom is emptiness. These two are the intent of the five wisdoms of the path of means, and the method for establishing how wisdom abides in bliss in the body should be thoroughly determined. That is, means, compassion alone, is wisdom. Wisdom, emptiness alone, is considered to be the mantra of Li (Tibetan transliteration). These two are shown as the four stages of practice: approaching, accomplishing. The guides, fulfillers, and ripeners are the three: the Lama, the deity, and the Acharya. The guiding Acharya is: initially, oneself being in darkness, guiding one to enter the white Dharma that generates faith, entering the secret vows, that is the one who bestows the vows and the deity. The one who restores what has fallen is: the Acharya of the Tsok offers the Tsok offering according to the scriptures, thereby restoring and recovering the root and branch vows. The Acharya who ripens the wisdom stream is: explaining the secret tantras, ripening the stream with the characteristics of the Dharma itself in general. These three make the three doors of body, speech, and mind become moistened, like branches growing from the roots of a tree, one should visualize as the body of the Lama. The moistened body, speech, and mind are the root body. The close, distant, and virtuous Dharma brothers are: making them moistened is beneficial to the body. There are three types of Dharma brothers of the body's vows: close Dharma brothers, distant Dharma brothers, and virtuous Dharma brothers. The first has two types: mixed Dharma brothers are those who exchange symbols, exchange substances, exchange Dharma, listen together, and do Tsok offerings together. The unmixed are: although they mix by entering the gate of the Great Vehicle, they do not listen and do Tsok offerings together. Distant Dharma brothers are: those who have entered the Dharma gates of the three outer tantras. Virtuous Dharma brothers are: those who keep the five lay vows and above. Dharma aspects
