Unborn, if born, then there is suffering in its body, so first there is arising, then afflictions arise, so there is accumulation. The cause and effect of samsara are both extinguished, so there is cessation. After cessation, the fruit of nirvana is attained, so there is the path. The order must be determined, so the fault of recklessness is abandoned. So be it! Accumulation. It is the cause of samsara, and suffering is the fruit of samsara, these two. Suffering should be known, accumulation should be abandoned, cessation should be manifested, the path should be relied upon. Likewise, the path is the cause of nirvana, and cessation is definitely the fruit. So! If it is spoken of in terms of the commonality of the Greater and Lesser Vehicles, then it is divided into the Sixteen Truths. Also, if it is divided in terms of the Great Vehicle. According to the Mahayana, there are one hundred and seventy-three aspects. Here, the Sixteen Truths are taught in terms of the Hearer Vehicle. This is the path practiced by the Hearers. Sanskrit Romanization: duhkha pa dyam, literal Chinese meaning: suffering) is the Truth of Suffering. Among conditioned phenomena with outflows, those that are pleasing become the suffering of the suffering of change. Those that are displeasing become the suffering of suffering. Other than that, other dharmas become the suffering of the suffering of conditioning. Since the five aggregates possess the three sufferings, it is called the Truth of Suffering. Truth, impermanence. There are outer and inner. The outer has two, far and near. The far is to contemplate the corpse in the charnel ground, remembering emptiness and meditating. The near is to meditate on impermanence when sentient beings die. The outer is the charnel ground sentient beings die! The inner impermanence, the arising continuum. The inner meditation on impermanence. The three certainties of death, it is certain that all beings born in the past have died. It is also certain that all conditioned things are impermanent. It is also certain that life does not stay for even a moment. The three uncertainties of when one will die are because there are many causes of death, because the body has no essence, and because life is uncertain. The three things that death cannot empty are that relatives and friends cannot empty it, food and wealth cannot empty it, and one's own body cannot empty it. The instruction of death is to meditate on it! In general, suffering is suffering, change, and conditioning. The three sufferings are: the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change.

La. It is the suffering of formation. First, beings such as animals are like sores on top of leprosy, because they are born as animals and are used by humans. Second, it exists in humans, that is, the various changes from the beginning to the end of life. Third, everything has it, that is, being tormented by food, clothing, and so on.! The eight sufferings of birth, aging, sickness, and death are like being pulled from the eye of birth and falling into a thorn bush. Aging is like a dry tree. Sickness is like drinking poison. Death is like walking into darkness. Fearing meeting enemies is like a chick fearing a hawk. Fearing separation from loved ones is like worrying about the death of an only child. Not being able to find something that doesn't exist is like a hungry ghost being extremely thirsty. Having something but not being able to maintain it is like an old woman herding sheep. And death.! Enemies and relatives exist and do not exist.! Gods have downfall, gods have long lives, and asuras fight. Gods fall, asuras fight. Humans are changing, humans start life happily, but end life in suffering. Animals are like having sores on top of leprosy, carrying loads, plucking wool. Milking. The suffering of being killed for meat and blood. Animals are like sores on top of leprosy. Hungry ghosts manifest hunger and thirst. For hungry ghosts, food and drink have external obstacles, food and drink look like pus and blood. There are internal obstacles, it will turn into disease. Especially the obstacle of burden, the throat is as thin as a needle eye, while the stomach is as big as a region, and so on. Hot and cold appear as hell. All external and internal phenomena. The nature of complete enlightenment. For the real existence of dharma and individuals. Attachment is not the cause. There are eight hot hells: Black Rope Hell. Assembly Hell. Revival Hell. Crying Hell. Great Crying Hell. Extremely Hot Hell. Uninterrupted Hell. There are eight cold hells: Achuchu Hell. Sonamnam Hell. Blister Hell. Blister Burst Hell. Cracking like a lotus. Cracking like a large lotus. Cracking like an উৎপལ་. Cracking like a large উৎপལ་. The nearby hell is short-lived. There are two causes of arising: the cause of the five sense pleasures and the faults of attachment to them. The reason is the desire for sense pleasures. Attachment. And extreme greed. That is, wanting to get the desires that have already been obtained. Attachment and clinging to what has already been obtained. Extremely greedy for this. For those who have not obtained it, the hatred of wanting to obtain it is the cause itself. Attachment to what has already been obtained. Extreme greed.
