以五者执持。于五部总集或各自中,生起、迎请、供养,并对五部的咒语加以缘起。精勤念诵三日。或者无力者以一修持。法身的所依是佛塔,外因的五道十地圆满。内因是果的法身语意圆满。观修果法皆圆满。四宝所成的佛塔内,佛塔接近于佛殿,佛殿与佛塔的开光相同。三身佛陀安住于三时。色身的本尊是,所依是身语意。仪轨图画等等,总的来说是四种毗卢遮那佛。或者本尊是哪位部主。经函是语的所依和本尊,经卷等等是语。观修无量至胜妙。或者本尊是哪位本尊。金刚铃杵等等一切,意的所依和本尊是,不动金刚持,或者无论是哪部或本尊。身语意与五部汇集。首先树皮布匹等等,身要极其分开。涂抹妙香后,从清净中,善生本尊的坛城后,安住智慧坛城。极力消除诸根的过患,献上五甘露与五肉,以及奇妙的朵玛。供养香、灯、花、食,以及浴水等等供品。献上座垫、饰品、衣物,以及王位七宝。授予五种明智灌顶。瓶之水是不动灌顶,宝冠是宝生,金刚是无量光,铃是无有成就,名字是毗卢遮那佛。身获加持秘密灌顶,语获智慧般若,意获大乐灌顶,转为无尽庄严轮。以五种妙欲,善转会供轮,极作广大宴饮,直至世间未空之时,为众生身语净障,作利益,转法轮。祈请住世。于坛城中安住的护法们,交付秘密咒语护法,守护怖畏怨敌,也敕令守护财物。如是说。

Holding with the five. In the general or individual of the five families, generate, invite, and offer, and relate the mantras of the five families to interdependence. Recite diligently for three days. Or, if unable, accomplish with one. The support of the Dharmakaya is the stupa, the five paths and ten bhumis of the outer cause are complete. The inner cause is the complete Dharmakaya, speech, and mind of the result. Meditate on the complete result Dharmas. Inside the stupa made of four jewels, the stupa is close to the temple, and the consecration of the temple and the stupa are the same. The three Kayas, Buddhas, dwell in the three times. The deity of the form Kaya's base is, the support is body, speech, and mind. Ritual drawings and so on, in general, are the four Vairochanas. Or whichever family lord is the deity. The scripture is the basis and deity of speech, scriptures and so on are speech. Meditate infinitely to the supreme. Or whichever Yidam is the deity. Vajra bell and so on, all, the basis and deity of mind are, Akshobhya Vajradhara, or whichever family or Yidam deity. Body, speech, and mind are gathered into the five families! First, tree bark, cloth, and so on, the body should be thoroughly separated. After applying fragrant incense, from purity, after well generating the mandala of the deity, place the wisdom mandala. Thoroughly eliminate the defects of the senses, offer the five ambrosias and five meats, and wonderful tormas. Offer incense, lamps, flowers, food, and bathing water and other offerings. Offer cushions, ornaments, clothing, and the seven royal treasures! Bestow the five knowledge empowerments. The water of the vase is the Akshobhya empowerment, the crown is Ratnasambhava, the vajra is Amitabha, the bell is Amoghasiddhi, the name is Vairochana. The body receives the blessing of the secret empowerment, the speech receives wisdom and prajna, the mind receives the great bliss empowerment, transforming into an inexhaustible wheel of ornaments! With the five kinds of desirable qualities, well turn the tsog offering wheel, greatly perform the great feast, until the time when the world is not empty, for sentient beings to purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, do benefit, turn the wheel of Dharma. Pray to remain. Entrust the Dharma protectors who dwell in the mandala, entrust the secret mantra protectors, protect from the fear of enemies, and also command to protect wealth. Thus it is said.
