In the three thousand ten directions of the world, how does the essence of body emanate? The wisdom emanation is inconceivable. Of the nine true deities, the mandala of mind blazes with light. From where does the place of speech emanate? From the secret space, eight seed-syllables radiate. To whom is it tamed? By radiating light in the three realms, the suffering of sentient beings is eliminated. When the light is gathered back, it dissolves into the body of the victorious ones, like an ocean. When it radiates outward, the victorious ones are pleased with unsurpassed, sacred offerings. When it gathers inward, it dissolves into the primordial state. The practitioner's, three obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified. The wisdom deity's, accomplishments of body, speech, and mind are attained. The mantra is Rulu. I offer the eight rough seed-syllable offerings. The sound of Rulu's activity, and the eight seed-syllables of realized wisdom, completely eliminate the four demons of affliction, the demon of aggregates, and disease. The demon of affliction is wrong view. The demon of the son of the gods is obstruction, and the demon of the Lord of Death destroys birth and death. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, desires arise. This swirling light, secretly pervades all of samsara and nirvana. Rulu can appear as anything, just as the mind appears as samsara and nirvana. It can be transformed into anything, and the precious supreme body of the wisdom being in the heart. The sound of praise, these eight seed-syllables, like Rulu, are great magical transformations. They are the Buddhas of the three times, and the victorious ones' body, speech, and mind, with the four activities, tame those to be tamed, and accomplish all activities. Gathering all accomplishments, the yogi's, merely thinking of it increases whatever is desired. The wish-fulfilling eight seed-syllables emanate in the sky. The ocean of retinue gathers like clouds in the empty sky.
