垫。于垫上起立后，瑜伽士啊，请享用供品，圆满誓言，于此处赐予力量，于未来赐予成就。结甚深意之手印。首先，祈请起立，双手如摇铃般于臂膀处交错。降临倾听，无为之象征，结印之方法。虚空手印，置于眉间。迎请，手指向内交错。降临于身语意之所。安住祈请，拇指尖相触向下。无为即是虚空之手印。两食指结。中指尖相触，其他伸展。示现安住于三有。坚住手印，手指交错。拇指各自竖立。不动，其他手指弯曲，拇指与小指竖立，置于口边左右。誓言坚固之手印是，做三次颅骨手印。食指拇指向内弯曲。中指与小指四指尖相触。无名指交错，干颅骨手印。干颅骨表示法身之手印。无名指食指中指放入内，是湿颅骨之手印。湿颅骨融入化身之手印。做成手捧状，是颅骨碎片之报身手印。翅膀之手印，以威势压制，拇指相合。翅膀于臂膀处，手指伸展。礼拜手印，四位天女，一切安乐。红色母箭搭弓印。以安乐调伏烦恼，使人愚昧，红色母握拳。以安乐断除分别念。黄色食者卡杖嘎。以安乐增长寿命与兴旺，绿色持铃。拇指食指尖相触，埃（藏文：ཨེ་，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：埃）字印。献甘露时，接受成就。以燃烧之珍宝朵玛供养。拇指食指成圆形，中指相触，其他各自。以宝剑手印斩断。两食指，如铁钩般弯曲，与明妃相合。以颅骨手捧，陈设誓言物。将三毒供养为供品是，愚痴，不分别，贪欲安乐与嗔恨明了之，愚痴。肉是嗔恨，骨是贪欲，血是食用。于手中，金刚铃杵之执持手印，拇指小指相触，三指竖立。执持。或者铃与钲铙交错。

Mat. After rising on the mat, O Yogis, please accept the offerings, fulfill the vows, grant power here and attainments in the future. Make the profound mudra of the mind. First, the request to rise is to interlock the hands like a rattle at the arms. Descend to listen, symbolizing the unconditioned, the method of making the mudra. The space mudra, placed at the brow. Welcoming, fingers interlocked inward. Descend to the place of body, speech, and mind. Request to dwell, thumbs touching downwards. The unconditioned is solely the space mudra. Two index fingers are knotted. Middle fingers touching, others extended. Showing dwelling in the three realms. Steady dwelling mudra, fingers interlocked. Thumbs raised separately. Unmoving, other fingers bent, thumbs and little fingers raised, placed at the sides of the mouth, left and right. The mudra of firm vows is to make the skull mudra three times. Index finger and thumb bent inward. Middle and little fingers, four fingertips touching. Ring fingers crossed, dry skull mudra. The dry skull represents the Dharmakaya mudra. Ring finger, index finger, and middle finger placed inward, is the wet skull mudra. The wet skull merges into the Nirmanakaya mudra. Made into a cupped shape, is the Sambhogakaya mudra of skull fragments. Wing mudra, suppressed with power, thumbs joined. Wings at the arms, fingers extended. With a skull cup, display the samaya substances. Offering the three poisons as offerings is, ignorance, non-discrimination, desire, bliss, and clear anger, ignorance.
