It is not like Gapa. Since the Tathagata has attained the supreme Samadhi, it does not matter whether he enters Samadhi or not. Because there is no time when he does not place things equally, that is why it is said. Absence of the perception of difference, (Tibetan) ཐ་དད་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པ་དང།། (Sanskrit Devanagari) नस्ति नानात्वविज्ञा, (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsti nānātva vijñā, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of various thoughts. The so-called absence of the perception of difference means that the Arhats do not differentiate between samsara and nirvana, and do not distinguish between afflictions and purification, etc. It is not like that, but they observe the equality of sentient beings and the equality of Dharma, so it is said. Absence of abandonment without examination, (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsty apratisaṃkhyāyo pekṣā, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of abandonment without observation. The so-called absence of abandonment without examination means that the Arhats do not abandon the benefit of sentient beings without examination. Instead, they observe whether there is capacity and whether the time is ripe. Except when the time and conditions are not met, there is no time to abandon arbitrarily, so it is said. Absence of the decline of intention, (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsti cchandasya hāni, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of the decline of desire. The so-called absence of the decline of intention means that the Arhats will not yearn for the realm of the Tathagata because of the inferiority of the realm of activity. It is not like only liking the activities of the Hearers. Instead, they are always intent on the activities of the Buddha benefiting sentient beings, and ensuring that the lineage of the Three Jewels is not cut off, etc., so it is said. Absence of the decline of diligence, (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsti vīryasya hāni, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of the decline of diligence. The so-called absence of the decline of diligence means that even if the Tathagata speaks the Dharma for a kalpa for the sake of saving one sentient being, his body, speech, and mind will not be tired. And for the sake of saving one sentient being, he will also transcend countless worlds, so it is called absence of the decline of diligence. Absence of the decline of mindfulness, (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsti smṛti hāni, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of the decline of mindfulness. The so-called absence of the decline of mindfulness means that for the minds, behaviors, thoughts, and intentions of all sentient beings, as well as the methods of taming sentient beings, and all the activities of the Buddha, and all the Dharmas, they can be observed and contemplated as they are. There is no need to observe with wisdom afterwards, because there is no decline, so it is said. Absence of the decline of Samadhi, (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Romanization) nāsti samādhe hāni, (Literal Chinese meaning) absence of the decline of Samadhi. The so-called absence of the decline of Samadhi means that for all Dharmas, they can abide in the equality of suchness, and hold it without being moved, so it is said. Absence of the decline of wisdom.

The meaning of "no wisdom decline" is that wisdom has not declined, because it has the inexhaustible knowledge of knowing the behavior of sentient beings, the inexhaustible knowledge of fully maturing sentient beings, and the inexhaustible individual correct knowledge, so it is said. Liberation has no decline. The meaning of "no liberation decline" is that liberation has not declined, because it is liberated from all afflictions and cognitive obscurations, so it is said. "Body karma is guided and followed by wisdom." Called "Sarva kāya karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti (Sanskrit, Sarva kāya karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti, all body karma is guided by wisdom, followed by wisdom)" means that all body karma is guided by wisdom and followed by wisdom. Some Arhats' body karma is not intentional, not like contradicting the world's mind, but subdue sentient beings with the four postures, because it arises from the cause of wisdom first, so it is guided by wisdom. It arises simultaneously with wisdom and follows wisdom, so it is followed by wisdom. In short, all body karma is called guided by wisdom and followed by wisdom. In the case of speech and mind karma, it is also said that wisdom guides and follows wisdom. "Speech karma is guided and followed by wisdom." Called "Sarva vāk karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti (Sanskrit, Sarva vāk karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti, all speech karma is guided by wisdom, followed by wisdom)" means that all speech karma is guided by wisdom and followed by wisdom. For the benefit of all sentient beings, speaking the Dharma will not become meaningless and wasteful, because it has sixty branches of speech, so speech karma etc. is wisdom etc. "Mind karma is guided and followed by wisdom." Called "Sarva manaḥ karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti (Sanskrit, Sarva manaḥ karma jñāna pūrvam gamaṃ jñāna nuparivarti, all mind karma is guided by wisdom, followed by wisdom)" means that all mind karma is guided by wisdom and followed by wisdom. It is separated from all afflictions and obstacles of elaboration, and does not depart from the true boundary, the nature of ultimate truth, so mind karma etc. "Seeing the past without attachment or obstruction." Called "Atīte dhvanya saṃgama apratihata jñāna darśanaṃ parivarti (Sanskrit, Atīte dhvanya saṃgama apratihata jñāna darśanaṃ parivarti, the wisdom vision of the past without attachment or obstruction turns)" means that for the past time, entering the unobstructed wisdom vision, like an Arhat, what is examined for the objects of the past time?
