Na Kha Hūṃ Phaṭ [(Ka)] Svāhā. [(Nga)] The samādhi of swirling nectar is, oneself, the great swirling nectar. The left hand mudrā is Hayagrīva himself. Inside the palace vessel are the five nectars! In between, the blessing is: contemplate oneself as the father and mother of nectar, and contemplate the left hand as the father and mother of Hayagrīva. The nectar vessel is a wheel, contemplate the four-spoked, truncated, door-opening palace of Bandha. The five natural substances are: contemplate feces as Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: ), contemplate bodhicitta as Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: ), contemplate flesh and blood as Svā (Tibetan: སཝཱ, Devanagari: , Romanization: svā, Literal meaning: ), contemplate blood as Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: ), and contemplate urine as Hā. Then, on the crown of my head, Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: ), at the throat, Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: ), at the heart, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: ). When that is clear, recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pañca Amrita Hūṃ Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུ~ྂ་སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་ མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧརཱིཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañca amṛta hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal meaning: ). By doing so, when the father and mother are in union, the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: ) at the heart dissolves into the Aḥ (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: aḥ, Literal meaning: ) at the throat, and the Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: ) dissolves into the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: ) at the crown of the head. It dissolves into light, emerges from the horse channel of the spine, and descends into the vajra path, falling into the space of the consort. The rosary of bodhicitta light passes through the secret path and strikes the father and mother Hayagrīva. The mind is moved by desire. Without attachment, the union of skillful means strikes the substance of Bandha. Having accomplished the two purposes, it transforms into letters. Thus, practice. Secondly, it becomes a hand symbol. Thirdly, it becomes a body. Fourthly, it dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Oneself merges into Hayagrīva. Hayagrīva merges into the five families. The five families, having become inseparable in union, dissolve into light, and the bodhicitta remains like a pearl! The blessing with the three-syllable nectar is: above the five nectars, contemplate the five hero syllables. On top of that, contemplate the crossed vajra. From the Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧརཱིཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: ) at the navel, Hayagrīva arises. At the four corners are the four secret consorts. On top of that, bind one's guhya with the hand mudrā. Point one's vajra at the brow of Hayagrīva and recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Amrita Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭha (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུ~ྂ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧརཱིཿཋ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra amṛta hūṃ hrīḥ ṭha, Literal meaning: ). One's bodhicitta emerges from the horse channel of the spine through the vajra path. The rosary emerges from the path of bodhi and strikes the brow of Hayagrīva. Passing through the spine, it descends into the space of the consort and merges into the five hero syllables. From that, light radiates, offering to the noble ones. Having accomplished the benefit of beings, it is reabsorbed, and the five substances dissolve into light, becoming inseparable from the letters. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ, Devanagari: , Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: ) is white and clear, Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: , Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: ) is red and radiant.

Hūṃ, from the blue three clusters clearly appear, transmitted from the four mothers and absorbed into myself. I generate blessings. From that, emanate and accomplish the two benefits. The nectar of wisdom is absorbed into myself, purifying my obscurations. Again, from the horse lineage of the spine, coming from the vajra path, and from the path of the rosary west, it is absorbed into Hayagriva. Then, it dissolves into light, together with the four mothers. The three seed syllables also dissolve into light, contemplate as a white pearl bodhicitta. The third above purification, speech, mind, body. Yaksha Pig! Then, with the mantra of Amrita Kundali, scattering nectar with five fingers, the wrathful Vajra Yaksha, holding the tusk of a wild boar in his hand, emanates countless forms, and it is contemplated that all obstacles, including the red demons, are burned to ashes. Gather back, and contemplate that all directions below are filled with wrathful deities. Great Garuda Mother. Burn the obstructing demons. Just as all dharmas are pure in their own nature. By reciting the mantra Oṃ Dharma Amrita, scattering on the substances and retinue, contemplate that all dharmas are empty and selfless, and that all dharmas are of the nature of nectar. Blessed by the five hero syllables. All that is scattered becomes pure. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pañca Amrita Hūṃ Harīḥ Ṭha. The nine-syllable mantra for preparing nectar, recite eight hundred times. The mantra of near touch. Near means placing a vessel of nectar in the mandala of the image, and touch means holding the vajra with the hand gesture of the horse king, touching the vessel with the tip of the vajra, scattering means scattering on the obstacles with the five fingers of the vajra, and drinking means obtaining and drinking the siddhi oneself. Oṃ Amrita Kuṇḍali Vajra Yaksha Krodha Hana Hana Hūṃ Phaṭ! The mantra of the wrathful Vajra Yaksha cutting the boundaries of nectar, recite seven times. Oṃ Dharma Amrita Vishuddhe Kuṇḍali Dharma Dhātu Hūṃ Āḥ. The mantra of scattering nectar. The secret mantra of nectar is recited seven times, the mantra of drinking oneself. [(kha)]! In order to collect the essence of medicine together, first urge to ask if there is medicine. In this mandala of yoga's freedom and bliss, in order to offer to the peaceful and wrathful deities and retinue, mix the five medicinal substances with the five great medicines.
