By the order of sending the state of affairs, the empowerment that perfects the outer, inner, and secret, the lord of the cause, path, and fruit, inseparable from body, speech, and mind, the Samaya of oiliness, and those with vows of cleanliness and fear, practice those after becoming accustomed to them. In the order of generating the vase, the order of perfecting the inner secret perfection, the Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, Dharmakaya, and also truly obtain the Svabhavikakaya. If the mind is weak and the wisdom is small, even if practiced, it will not be accomplished, because both destroyers are burned, therefore it is not taught elsewhere.
