Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Lord of the Lotus Dance, spoke this mantra for summoning the Vajra Rakshasi: Manu Rakshasi, Pramani, Ridri Ma, Besna Be, Kouma Ri, Indra Ma, Vajra Bing Kalam, Amrita, Somya Ma, Danta Ta, Rakshasi, Bag Shasi, Rati Vajra, Rute Re Mati, Eka Tsa Ru Ma, Mamo Hara, Siti Ke Smyo, Mahamurana, Agna Ye, Para Hri, Tsa Munti, Putana, Varuna, Mahakali, Kupa Ka Snam, Lampo Dara. The thumb and little finger of the right hand pressed down, the three fingers touching and raised, held directly in front of the eyes, this is the mudra of the great goddess. The mudra of the Wrathful One of Vairocana, whoever raises it in front, and rotates it in that way, this is the mudra of the Desire Goddess.
