By whatever is the eternal seven births, remember the seven human births. Also, the flesh of the seven-births that possess Dharma, take the essence and dry the flesh well. In a blessed place of a great accomplished one, in a new, white, and bright square room, in the middle of the compassionate one, in a precious vase with ornaments, the flesh of the seven births is the size of a grain. Six excellences, musk, and amrita. The great flesh of the accomplished one is always weeping. Offer whatever medicine and barley flour you can. If there is the flesh of a royal child or a vulture, give it as protection. By that method, combine all the demons. Adorn the consort with golden breastplates. Accomplish as many pills as there are countless. Offer to the deities with various tsok offerings. Hold the protection cord with five yogis. The more holders of the protection cord, the better. The great compassion is the meditation and focus. On each pill, perfect the form of the great compassion. Again, recite and accomplish this essence. Om Mani Padme Hum Hari (ཨོྂ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྂ་ཧརི།，oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hari，om mani padme hum hari，).
