Then, Yakshas, Yama, Nagas, Gandharvas, Bhutadamaras, Fire Gods, assemblies of Dakinis, Asuras, Garudas, powerful Rakshasas, beings dwelling in the six realms with miraculous powers, all beings with compassion, karmic debts, and guests, after practicing the mudras of body, speech, and mind, may those who abide in the non-duality adorned with self-awareness deities, partake of this enjoyment of the delight of nectar, accomplish my peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful actions, protect the yogis and their retinues, bring happiness and perfection to beings, eliminate all diseases, calamities, and obstacles, protect the teachings of the Victorious Ones, and return peacefully to your own abodes. Om Hūṃ Hriḥ Ha Haya Śota Ma Vi Nasa Maya Baliṃta Kha Kahi, Rhasa Māṃsa Kha Kahi. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of Padma Wangchen, the Subjugator of Pride, the fourth chapter is the chapter on pleasing the Wisdom Mandala, the Subjugator of Power. Then, the Bhagavan Padma Wangchen Heruka spoke these methods of accomplishing the noble Arya Yaksha, the Water Lord of Beauty. The person who accomplishes this should generate the supreme Bodhicitta, possess vows and commitments, have received empowerment and be diligent, and respect the gurus and Dharma friends. Such a mantra practitioner should accomplish this in a pleasing place, or a very secluded place, or wherever one resides. One should always accomplish it where one dwells. Secondly, explaining the supports for the method of action: on sheets of gold, silver, and copper, make two eight-petaled lotuses. On one, write nine male Yakshas, and on the other, write nine female Yakshas. After properly consecrating them, join the two together, thinking of pleasing them. Make balls of butter, honey, and sugar. Inside a Zamato container filled with yellow flowers, place a gau in the center. Create a square mandala of eight cubits, clean it well, and anoint it with the five scents. In the center of the scattered yellow flowers, place the Zamato container. Offerings, praises, circumambulations, and recitations should be done at the three times. To the mantra practitioner who does this, even the eight great siddhis will be given, so what need is there to mention the common siddhis? Then, the Bhagavan explained the deities and secret mantras. These eight great Yakshas, their body colors correspond to the directions, the central one is yellow. In their right hands, they hold arura (Terminalia chebula). Their left hands hold a mongoose bag. Their consorts and retinue, the central one is golden, the retinue corresponds to the directions. The right hand is in the gesture of bestowing supreme gifts, the left hand holds a spike of grain. Or, they have three faces and six arms, their body colors correspond to their lineage and the colors of the directions. In the right hands, they hold an iron hook, a lasso, and hold a mongoose bag. In the left hands, they hold bija-pura and hold a vajra hook, and carry a mongoose bag. These are to be meditated upon by those with supreme intelligence.
