Or, again on the fifteenth of the waxing moon, offer a grand torma feast. Adorn the torma with peaches, and present large rice tormas. At the end of the root mantra recitation, recite this mantra for obtaining accomplishments: RATNA RATNA SIDDHI SIDDHI (Tibetan, Devanagari, ratna ratna siddhi siddhi, Jewel Jewel, Accomplishment Accomplishment), PHA LA PHA LA (Tibetan, Devanagari, pha la pha la, Pha La Pha La), BA SHANG KU RU (Tibetan, Devanagari, ba shang ku ru, Ba Shang Ku Ru), BA SU DHA RA (Tibetan, Devanagari, ba su dha ra, Ba Su Dha Ra), PUṢṬIṂ KU RU SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, pu ṣṭiṃ ku ru svāhā, Nourishment Kuru Svaha). Thus it was said. From the Padma Great Empowerment, the chapter on subduing arrogance, the seventh chapter, the Bodhisattva Monkey King Halum Dha's subjugation. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of accomplishing these Dakinis who subdue through body, speech, and mind. The Dakinis of Vajra, Jewel, and Lotus, these three should be practiced. The Jewel Dakini of the body is yellow, the Lotus Dakini of speech is red, the Vajra Dakini of the mind is black. All have one face and two arms. The right hand holds a wish-fulfilling jewel, the left hand holds a treasure vase. The secret heart mantra of that is: ĀḤ OṂ NAMA SUTRI MU KHRI MAHĀ BI ŚA CIRṆĀ YE SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ oṃ nama sutri mu khri mahā bi śa cirṇā ye svāhā, Ah Om Nama Sutri Mu Khri Maha Bi Sha Chirna Ye Svaha), is the mantra for gathering wealth. ĀḤ OṂ GHṚṆA BANA MAHĀ BI ŚA CINE YE SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ oṃ ghṛṇa bana mahā bi śa cine ye svāhā, Ah Om Ghrina Bana Maha Bi Sha Chine Ye Svaha), is the mantra for gathering food. ĀḤ OṂ MILI KILI SELI KI SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ oṃ mili kili seli ki svāhā, Ah Om Mili Kili Seli Ki Svaha), is the mantra for gathering clothes. Then, the method for making the torma is to make three wine bottles of chang (Tibetan beer), and think of blessing them as nectar and offering them with joy, reciting Oṃ, Āḥ, and Hūṃ. The practitioner should speak these words and offer: "Dakinis, by offering you three the torma, I pray that you grant the accomplishment of not lacking wealth, food, and clothing, and that you become companions in accordance with the Dharma." Having said this, scatter the torma in a clean place, and think that from that torma arises whatever sentient beings desire. From TRĀṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari, trāṃ, Tram), think of it as a pile of jewels. From the Padma Great Empowerment, the chapter on subduing the three types of Dakinis, the eighth chapter. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of this practice that other Yakshas cannot overcome. First, one who wishes to practice, in a northern place, the mandala should be painted with five colors in a square shape. The center of that should be red and round. Place rabbit hearts on the food offerings, and also place arrows and banners. From HRĪḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, Hrih) transforms into a curved knife of light, red, which other Yakshas cannot overcome. Hold the curved knife in the right hand and a skull cup in the left, with a mongoose pouch under the armpit.
