Furthermore, the mandala of the Sugata's palace, the wise should know this as a mandala. The essence of the mandala is the mind of the Great Empowerment. Its precise meaning is that the mind is the true essence of the wisdom vajra, surrounded by the magical displays of awareness. Therefore, the mandala of the mind is said to be supreme. The 'mandala' itself is the realm of Dharma, and the 'circle' is the surrounding of awareness and wisdom. The mandala of the Great Empowerment's mind has three divisions: nature, samadhi, and the mandala of colored powders. The nature mandala has two aspects: the ultimate nature mandala and the conventional nature mandala. The conventional nature mandala is known to have two aspects: the Akanishta of space and the Akanishta of place. The Akanishta of space is the space of the Mother, from which all things arise and are produced. The Akanishta of place is the pure land of perfect enjoyment of the Great Empowerment. The samadhi mandala has three aspects: meditation, generation, and increase. The meditation samadhi mandala is meditating on the form of the Great Empowerment, Father and Mother. The increasing deity mandala is the meditation and generation mandala, which appears in the realm of Dharma and in the space of the Mother, increasing through the three aspects of Kriya Yoga. Therefore, it is the increasing mandala. The colored powder mandala has six aspects: the Great Empowerment with the main retinue, cast in gold and silver, forged in copper and iron, embossed in rattan or birch, woven in cotton and wool, drawn in colored powders on the ground, and sculpted in relief on walls. The mandala stages abide there, and the wise rely on them as the basis for achieving special accomplishments. By placing them as objects of contemplation, one becomes inseparable from them. The body mandala has five heads and sixteen hands, possessing the mandala of those to be tamed. The Father, Mother, and retinue abide there and are practiced. By visualizing oneself as that form, the accomplishment of the body mandala is equal to the Sambhogakaya. The mantra of speech is the essence, and these should be recited continuously: Om Shri Padmāntakṛta Hūṃ! Vajra Mahākrodha Phaṭ! Vaṃ Hūṃ E Ā Ra Li Harī Jaṃ! Mahā Srogshan Thun Bhyo! The eight stainless root secret mantra syllables, the number is complete.

One should complete the recitation perfectly. It corresponds to the speech of perfect enjoyment. If one does not obtain the yoga of this meaning, then tame sentient beings with secret mantras. By circling a torch on the head, purify the wisdom, samaya, and hero. By raising a golden rope, compassion draws the severed hanging rope. By striking the sparks of a blacksmith, purify the three realms and existences. By striking with iron hail, subdue those intoxicated by arrogance. Recite sounds and cymbals softly. Especially the supreme substance of accomplishment, and all the substances of common offerings, distribute them in order to the companions of the retinue. Furthermore, the desired objects of enjoyment, accumulate the great assembly of the Lord of Yoga. Thus it was spoken. From the Tantra of Subduing the Arrogant, the sixth chapter, the Profound Practice. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Padma Wangchen, spoke this meaning of profound activity. Whatever day is the day of accomplishment, especially in that supreme sacred place, as the support for visualizing the self-nature mandala, after constructing a colored powder mandala, practice the samadhi mandala. Also, purify one's own body, speech, and mind into body, speech, and mind. Invite the self-nature mandala, and merge it into the samadhi mandala. After merging, request it to remain stable. Greet with joy, both internally and externally, and also please it with offerings. Recite mantras, praise, confess, and fulfill. Pray for auspiciousness and descend splendor. Offer with the extraordinary conduct of Tana Gana. Practicing according to the teachings is union. It is the great Lord of Yoga, in all forms of conduct, contemplate the deity as body, speech, and mind. Do not contemplate it as ordinary and inferior. If one is distracted and loses mindfulness, one will fall, naturally falling into the cycle of the three realms. The actions of body, speech, and mind, if practiced slowly, are peaceful actions, if practiced much, are increasing actions, if practiced quickly, are magnetizing actions, if practiced bravely, are wrathful actions. Whatever activity is performed, om huru huru hūṃ phaṭ. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ huru huru hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning:) e ā rali hūṃ hrīḥ ja. (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཨཱ་ར་ལི་ཧཱུྂ་ཧརཱིཿཛ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: e ā rali hūṃ hrīḥ ja, Literal Chinese Meaning:) śāntiṃ kuru svāhā. (Tibetan: ཤཱནྟིྂ་ཀུ་རུ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: śāntiṃ kuru svāhā, Sanskrit Romanization: śāntiṃ kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: pacify do svāhā) On the thirteen root secret mantras, adding the six syllables of śāntiṃ (Tibetan: ཤཱནྟིྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: śāntiṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: śāntiṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: pacify), is the peaceful activity of the Great Lord. On the thirteen root secret mantras, adding the words puṣṭiṃ (Tibetan: པུཥྚིྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: puṣṭiṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: puṣṭiṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: increase) kuru, is the increasing activity of the Great Lord.
