The innocent and the just witness, the Three Jewels are the just witness, the Buddhas of the three times are the just witness, the nectar of the sacred Dharma is the just witness, the Sangha of the ten directions is the just witness, the deities of the mandala are the just witness, the Dharma-protecting siblings are the just witness, the guardians of the ten directions are the just witness, the eight classes of gods and demons are the just witness, the eight great Nāga kings are the just witness, the Nāga king, lord of the lineage, is the just witness, the hundred thousand Nāga retinues are the just witness, the great and powerful local deity with its retinue is the just witness, the local deities of the four castes are the just witness, the phenomenal spirits are the just witness, the eighty thousand kinds of obstructing spirits are the just witness, King Tsen and the Māras, may you all remain here as just witnesses. We are innocent, let them bear the responsibility; we are innocent, let them bear the guilt. Please judge fairly between good and evil, please clearly indicate right and wrong. Please inflict punishment on this Asura! The gods danced, wept, and cried out. From the "Garland of Flames Tantra," the chapter in which the gods, gathered before the Asuras, invite the auspicious Black One, pleasing him and installing him as the commander of the army, the third chapter. The name given by Mañjuśrī is, Black One, slayer of oath-breakers, delighting in eating flesh and blood, calling you by your secret name, repel the battles of the Asuras. Entrust, entrust, entrust the task to you. The name given by Vajrasattva is, enemy of the mighty subduer of the perverse.

耶！努力调伏邪恶之人，以秘密之名呼唤，遣除非天之战。交付啊，交付之事皆交付。善士护法请行事，诸神遣除损害之事请行事。天兵玛哈嘎拉之众如云般密集而降临，行事乃是镇压非天之时已到，解脱罪恶非天之时已到。此乃诅咒三宝之首，摧毁了非天他的佛陀教法，也抢夺了僧众集会的门。此乃与自在天身作对，此罪人有何没做？恶业罪人此有何没做？恶业罪人轮回之有情此，乃是诛杀非天军队之良田，因此，于释迦牟尼之教法，誓愿诛杀恶业者，誓愿诛杀罪恶者。大黑天威力大，口渴饮人血，甘甜之血饮用，食物食人肉，鲜肉食用，衣服穿人皮，湿皮穿用，眷属尸林母众围绕。恶业非天现在诛杀吧！神识转移到其他地方放逐吧！鲜红之命一口吞下放逐吧！化身为铁之大鹏鸟，于此罪人之脑髓顶上，吸吮温暖脑血之时已到。化身为铁之野兽大狼，于恶业非天命根处进入，吸吮温暖命脉之时已到。化身大黑天之后，诛杀罪恶之时已到，祈祷长寿之骨之时已到。皈依三宝之后，献上朵玛如此祈请，对于众生作损害者，黑怙主您来供养，非天之肉请斩断，血请吸吮饮用，或者其内外，如芝麻许之肉请斩断。白色护法请行事，遣除啊，遣除非天之战，行事乃是诛杀非天恶毒。从今以后，士夫们，祈请守护救护诸神，天王从宝座上起身啦，天奴从边境逃脱啦，宫殿面貌改变啦，修行有障碍出现啦，邪引非天被掌握啦。具善黑天威力大，黑怙主具誓者，五百末法时期，释迦牟尼的

Yeah! Strive to subdue the wicked, call upon the secret name, avert the battles of the Asuras. Entrust, entrust all that is entrusted. Virtuous guardian, please act! Gods, please act to avert harm! The host of the Maha Kala heavenly army descends like a cloud. The time has come to suppress the Asuras. The time has come to liberate the sinful Asuras. This one who curses the Three Jewels, destroys the Buddha's teachings of the Asuras, and also seizes the gate of the Sangha's assembly. This one who opposes the body of the Lord of Power, what has this sinner not done? What has this evil-doing sinner not done? This evil-doing sinner, sentient being of samsara, is a field for slaying the Asura armies. Therefore, in the teachings of Shakyamuni, vowing to slay the evil-doers, vowing to slay the sinful. Great Black One, mighty one, thirsty, drink human blood, drink sweet blood, eat human flesh as food, eat fresh meat, wear human skin as clothing, wear wet skin, surrounded by a retinue of charnel ground mothers. Evil-doing Asura, slay now! Transfer consciousness to another place, banish! Devour the red life in one gulp, banish! Transform into a great iron Garuda, on the crown of this sinner's head, the time has come to suck warm brain blood. Transform into a great iron beast wolf, enter the life source of the evil-doing Asura, the time has come to suck warm lifeblood. After transforming into the Great Black One, the time has come to slay the sinful, the time has come to pray for the bones of supreme life. After taking refuge in the Three Jewels, offering the torma and praying thus, for those who harm sentient beings, Black Protector, we offer to you. Please cut the flesh of the Asuras, please suck and drink the blood, or cut the flesh, inside and out, as small as sesame seeds. White guardian, please act! Avert, avert the battles of the Asuras, act to slay the wickedness of the Asuras. From now on, may men protect and save the gods. The heavenly king rises from his throne, the heavenly servants escape from the borders, the palace faces change, obstacles arise in practice, the heretical Asuras are taken over.
