功德述说品第三十三。 此后，吉祥黑怙主向薄伽梵如此禀告： 哎哎，薄伽梵，佛陀主！ 善哉，善哉，薄伽梵！ 考虑到真实性， 为了守护世俗的教法， 为了后世的利益，我的续部， 薄伽梵您善说。 我也安住于誓言， 将与具誓言的瑜伽士为友。 不违背您的教令， 我将完成所托之事。 如果违背誓言， 也会使修持者自身毁灭。 因此，不要违背誓言！ 如此，《火焰鬘续》中， 交付于后世， 以及随喜品，第三十四。 薄伽梵主尊开示： 此续之名应说而行持。 汝士夫之威力与， 力量具在于续中。 汝士夫之威力， 震撼三有， 摄伏三界。 扰乱欲界且以威力压制， 将三千世界抛向他处。 断绝一切生灵的命脉， 一口饮尽大洋。 将山岳吞入腹中。 摧毁怨敌魔障， 汝所发出的笑声， 斥责的笑声使诸神昏厥， 使魔和外道惊恐。 吓得濒临死亡而昏厥。 以奇妙的笑声摄伏， 甚至夺走母曜众的意念。 以（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声摄伏三界， 以（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）声于一时解脱三千世界。 以（藏文：ཕེྂ་ཕེྂ་ཕེྂ，梵文天城体：pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ，汉语字面意思：呸 呸 呸）声撼动世界， 摄伏一切动摇之物。 奔之力量如闪电， 一时遍布三千世界。 善具五神通， 充分显示种种神变， 从而救度众生的邪见。 乃是七空行之主， 乃是七尸林之主。 乃是诸大神之主， 乃是守护田地的勇士之统帅。 作一切阎罗之主， 役使一切夜叉为仆。 如是具足的统领您， 役使并修持的， 续部的意义即火焰鬘。 如火焰般焚烧一切， 焚烧违背誓言者的性命。 焚烧三有之烦恼。

The thirty-third chapter, which speaks of qualities. Then, the glorious Black Protector Lord addressed the Bhagavan as follows: O, O, Bhagavan, chief of the Buddhas! Well done, well done, Bhagavan! Considering the truth itself, For the sake of protecting the conventional teachings, For the sake of future generations, my tantra, Bhagavan, you have spoken well. I too, abiding by the oath, Will be a friend to the yogis who hold the oath. Without transgressing your command, I will accomplish the tasks entrusted to me. If I transgress the oath, It will also destroy the practitioner himself. Therefore, do not transgress the oath! Thus, from the Tantra of the Garland of Flames, Entrusting to future generations, And the chapter of rejoicing, the thirty-fourth. The Bhagavan, the chief, spoke: This tantra, its name should be spoken and practiced. Your power and, Ability are contained within the tantra. Your power, Shakes the three realms, Subdues the three worlds. Agitates the desire realm and overpowers it, Casts the three thousand worlds elsewhere. Cuts off the life force of all beings, Drinks the great ocean in one gulp. Eats mountains into its belly. Destroys enemies and obstacles, Your laughter, The scolding laughter makes the gods faint, Makes demons and heretics tremble. Scares them to the point of death and fainting. Subdues with wondrous laughter, Even steals the minds of the assembly of mamos. Subdues the three realms with the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Liberates the three thousand worlds at once with (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat). Shakes the world with (Tibetan: ཕེྂ་ཕེྂ་ཕེྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फें फें फें, Sanskrit Romanization: pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Phem Phem Phem), Subdues all that moves. The power of Beng is like lightning, It pervades the three thousand worlds at once. Abundantly endowed with the five clairvoyances, Having fully displayed various miracles, Thus liberates beings from wrong views. Is the chief of the seven dakinis, Is the lord of the seven charnel grounds. Is the lord of the assembly of great gods, Is the general of the warriors who protect the fields. Acts as the lord of all Yamas, Employs all yakshas as servants. You, the leader who is thus endowed, The meaning of the tantra that serves and practices, Is the Garland of Flames. Like flames, it burns all, Burns the lives of those who break their vows. Burns the afflictions of the three realms.

此事犹如毒药一般。 犹如兵器，因此是忿怒尊。 怖畏的燃火黑尊， 秘密且不应说与示人。 应守护、执持并使用。 自己应安住于誓言。 应如自己性命般行事， 若自己不具足正法， 则如飞蛾扑火一般。 断自身命毫无疑虑。 上师身之仇敌，法轮毁灭。 除非是此等境地， 断他人命毫无疑虑。 上师身之仇敌，法轮毁灭。 除非是此等境地， 若于其他境地则违犯誓言。 如是，《火焰鬘续》中，续部完全交付之品第四十五终。 如是宣说之后，眷属皆随喜赞叹，恭敬地退去。 怙主名为火焰鬘之大黑天尸林主续圆满。 印度堪布达那桑斯克里达（梵文天城体：धनासंस्कृत，梵文罗马拟音：dhana saṃskṛta，汉语字面意思：财富文化）与译师廓·毗卢遮那所译。

This matter is like poison. Like weapons, therefore it is a wrathful deity. The terrifying, blazing, black one, Is secret and should not be spoken or shown. It should be guarded, held, and used. One should abide in one's own vows. One should act as if it were one's own life, If one does not possess the Dharma oneself, Then it is like a moth flying into a flame. There is no doubt in cutting off one's own life. The teacher's bodily enemy, the destruction of the Dharma wheel. Except for such places, There is no doubt in cutting off the lives of others. Thus, from the Tantra of the Garland of Flames, the forty-fifth chapter, the chapter of the complete entrustment of the tantra, is finished.
