This fierce mantra, praising fierce substances, is struck. Rotten meat and rotten blood, cooked and raw, are offered with white three and red three substances. The sun and moon revolve in the brain, the black Monpa comes, the great snake with wings fights, the space is filled with rainbows, and the enemy is truly led here. Killing vultures and wild animals, giving and enjoying their hearts, livers, and entrails. When such signs of killing are complete, the heart and intestines are burned with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧོྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Throw the offering into the enemy's land, bury the skull in the dragon's stronghold. Fiercely bring down hail, die suddenly from sudden illness, the mouth becomes mute, and the limbs become stiff. This is the fierce mantra of the evil dragon. In the secluded place where the three valleys converge, dig a dark blue triangular altar. Take the head of the enemy's ancestors, or the skull of a leper, write the enemy's name and lineage, and place it there. In a clean vessel, place the three white substances, the three sweet substances, various dragon medicines, and always offer and command them.
