May you wield peace, increase, power, and subjugation! May you spontaneously accomplish various deeds for the benefit of others! Arrogant lords of mantras in the world, and all you great and mighty rulers, your minds and wisdom are no different from mine and the Buddhas of the three times. Your speech is also without distinction. Do not regard your bodies as separate, for your qualities are perfectly equal. Your activity is one, accomplished in common. From beginningless time until now, you have ripened into a mass of negative destinies, the result of the causes and conditions of karma and affliction. Your body, speech, and mind are filled with pride and arrogance, possessing immeasurable strength and power. Although you possess greatness, might, and dominion, you have not realized the true and definitive meaning. You have not understood the ultimate truth. Your minds do not turn toward the uncontrived virtue. You have not found the power of self-aware victors. The skill of the unborn realm has not dawned. You have not gained confidence in the state of great bliss. You have not tasted the flavor of the unmanifest essence. You have not seen the form of the body of dharmata. You have not opened the door of the treasury of wisdom. Therefore, sons of the lineage, thoroughly realize your own state. Do not grasp at the body as having a self. Do not speak words in speech. Do not think of anything in the mind as an object. Places, abodes, lineage, elements, retinues, and armies, supporting substances, enjoyments, and possessions, do not grasp them as "I" or "mine." Common and distinct are one. All of these are emptiness, and emptiness is also these. Apart from that, there is no other, and apart from the other, there is also not that. Unborn, unceasing, without characteristics, without subtraction, without addition, without adulteration, without fabrication, without alteration, without arising, unborn, unaccomplished, and unsaid. That great meaning is not found in oneself, outside, inside, before, after, above, and below, in the directions, intermediate directions, samsara, nirvana, body, and mind. It is not present here either. In flesh, blood, skin, and bones, in the heart, lungs, and all the organs, in the senses and limbs, that great bliss does not abide. It does not abide apart from that either. The unestablished place is called a place. Realize there the equality of place and non-place. What is it like, what is it, how is it? From where does it come, and where does it go? Where does it stay, and what does it do? Thoroughly understand its shape, color, name, and sign, lineage, and element. By looking at that with that, the one who looks at the unseen is the one who looks. By meditating on what, by whom, and where, meditation is called meditation, which is free from meditation. On what, who, in general?

Through conduct, the great conduct that does not abide in the nine conducts. By whom, from whom is it obtained, and by what is it accomplished? The unaccomplished is the self-abiding fruit. Without remainder, without cessation, and possessing aspects, the all-perfect lord of qualities. Practice peace, increase, and manifestation. Subjugation is action. Complete in oneself and accomplished by oneself. Decisiveness and teaching, possessing measure, reaching the end, and repetition. Showing the past and the un-past, and speaking, listening, and gathering. Place, time, qualities, and faults, are accomplished by realizing one's own suchness. Thus, it was spoken. The fourth chapter, which explains the proximity of the ultimate state, from the root tantra of the Wrathful Mantra Collection, is complete. Then, Vajradhara spoke this great need: The essence of the meaning of the Dharma-nature, which is unborn from the beginning, is to realize the meaning free from the extremes of grasping and being grasped. That Rudra, who is arrogant and afflicted by the conceptual thoughts of grasping at "I" and "mine," is a fault if not slain. The three, skillful means, wisdom, and compassion, are slain by the harmonious and equal son. Without realizing that sacred meaning, one falls into samsara by practicing with objects. By practicing with skillful realization, one pleases the noble ones and liberates sentient beings. Completing the assembly itself, one obtains the three bodies. By seeing the various kinds, one cuts through the boundary. One begins to practice with fierce asceticism. For the sake of subjugation and taming, the tantra gathered by worldly actions is taught by me and the teachers. In the charnel ground, the self-abiding realm of Dharma, the vidyadharas gather for the sake of the Buddha's teachings. At the time when the dregs are greatly increasing, the Dharma that abides and is established in dependence arises in the manner of faults and qualities. After slaying the evil-doer who destroys the teachings with the power of wrathful mantras, one will attain perfect enlightenment. It is the support for the mandala to abide in. Deities, mantras, and samadhi, and substances become causes and conditions. The lingam and woman are the support for the object of focus. The name and clan paper is the support for consciousness and life in samsara. By summoning, one summons them. The messenger accomplishes all actions, increasing the glory of mantras and substances. By the substances of curses, one causes intoxication, stiffness, dumbness, striking with weapons, and scattering into dust. Striking the vital point and drawing out from the heart, separating from the deities and cutting off the root. Doing
