Various kinds of birds, as well as the great wisdom mother, the wrathful mother Invincible Mother, the One-Hair Mother, the Increasing Mother, and other wrathful mothers, were dwelling together there. The Teacher, Glorious Kīla, in order to inspire wonder in the retinue, and for the purpose of taming, spoke as follows: Emaho! Emaho, wondrous Dharma! All are born from the unborn, This is the Dharma for taming beings, Showing peace and wrath is very rare. Wondrous and marvelous Tantra, The Bodhicitta of great emptiness, Forms themselves are known as the Tantra. Having spoken thus, the retinue felt wonder and spoke as follows: Teacher, Buddha, Bhagavan! That which is burned by fire, To heal with fire is very rare! That which is obstructed by water, To purify and remove with water, Its blessing is very rare! Thus, in the great emptiness, The activity of emptiness is very rare! The wicked who cannot be tamed by peace, To tame with wrath is very rare! Thus they requested, initiated the topic, and from initiating the topic, with many rare and marvelous Dharmas, all future beings will have faith, and be tamed, and whatever they take as the path, and all Dharmas are naturally enlightened from the beginning, how to tame in the conventional way, just as how rare and marvelous it is, after feeling rare and marvelous, the Teacher and the retinue, with the view of non-duality, taught for the purpose of taming. The inexhaustible Tantra of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, from Karma Guru, the seventh chapter, the topic of fierceness. Then, the Tathagata Great Delight entered the Samadhi called Thus Completely Eliminating, and spoke this connection of the Mandala. From the extremely peaceful, Holding the wrathful demeanor, Connecting the boundaries of the two Mandalas, By what is not tamed, by what is tamed? For the extremely wrathful and violent, Peace is of no benefit, By the combination of wisdom and means, In wrath, the Tathagatas accomplish all. Having spoken thus, he remained in the fierce Mandala. Then, the Great Delight, the King of Glorious Kīla, with three faces and six arms, four legs, adorned with all ornaments.

Having become what, this non-duality of realm and wisdom is specially declared. The blood-drinker dwells in the heart, which is the supreme peak of wisdom. Because of reciting from the three Hums (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), it shows the action without a peak. Thus it is specially declared. Then, the glorious king Kīlaya spoke this basis of perfect action. That is, form and blessing, recitation and action, time and place and self-nature. With the seven perfections, if established, it will grant whatever is desired. The vow-holder spoke well, not transgressing his own words. If transgressed, even the gods will be destroyed. Thus it was said. Then, the Bhagavan Karma Heruka said, "Bhagavan, that is the word of the king, please grant a word of the common people, with vows and limbs, like golden eyes adorned with jade." After speaking thus, the Bhagavan said, "Listen, Karma Heruka. What was said earlier is the word of the king, the fluent is the word of the common people." After saying this, he spoke the latter king of examination. Thus, it has seven perfections, namely, perfection of self-nature, perfection of time, perfection of place, perfection of form, perfection of blessing, perfection of recitation, and perfection of action. Thus it was said. Then, Karma Heruka again said to the glorious king Kīlaya, "Bhagavan, the common people and the king's teachings, please grant a word of the common people." Thus he spoke. The Bhagavan, the glorious king Kīlaya, said, "Listen, Karma Heruka. If the word of the common people is like that, I will explain the rituals of the common people." After saying this, he spoke the king of explanation. The perfection of self-nature is to be inclined towards enlightenment and to have heard much, to be skilled in action, to be close to the gods, to have obtained unwavering faith, to have a fierce and unwavering mind, to be without jealousy and not to expect other fruits, and not to violate vows. These are the perfections of self-nature. Thus it was said. In the inexhaustible lineage of body, speech, and mind, Karma Guru, vows and
