When viewing as two, existence and non-existence, the nature of reality is beyond expression, without a basis for appearance. It is a vehicle viewed from a particular perspective. In the nature of reality of Vajrakila, there are no terms for appearance and emptiness. It is not non-existent, yet it appears as anything. From the nature of reality having a basis for appearance, Vajrakila is known as fourfold. The nature of reality kila is the basis of all. With the kila of compassion, subdue the violent. With the secret kila, engage in desire. With the fourfold compounded kila, liberate the ten realms of self-grasping afflictions. The different kilas are inconceivable. They appear as anything according to what is to be tamed. Sometimes, they appear as the form of a violent rakshasa. Sometimes, as the form of the great god Brahma. Sometimes, as the form of a sage brahmin. Sometimes, the body is as large as Mount Meru. Sometimes, the number is many, as small as mustard seeds. Sometimes, a fire burns afflictions. Sometimes, purifying wisdom water. Sometimes, holding a sword that liberates. Sometimes, holding a hammer that destroys. Sometimes, holding an iron hook that seizes. Sometimes, carrying a bow and arrow that shoots. Sometimes, carrying a trident that strikes. Sometimes, carrying a human head that devours. Sometimes, carrying a razor that cuts. Sometimes, carrying a swastika that presses down. Sometimes, carrying a khatvanga that symbolizes. Sometimes, throwing Mount Meru into a pile. Sometimes, drying up the ocean from its depths. Sometimes, making the world manifest. Sometimes, appearing as the form of the sun and moon. Likewise, they appear to the face of those to be tamed. Taming fiercely is the best of actions. Wrathful ones arise from the accomplishment of actions. Activities arise when the time is right. From the peace of a thousand eons, the fierce mantra sound di ri ri. Wisdom arises that burns afflictions. All rivers of purification arise. The body of the deity that fiercely tames, is the body of the body, the best of bodies. All great lords of the body are gathered. Like the magical displays of the sky. Thus it is said. From the tantra that explains the great Vajrakila, the first chapter, which is the basis of all dharmas and the beginning of the discussion. Then, the Bhagavan, the greatly delighted one, having entered into the samadhi of all-pervading joy. All the dharmas of the great bodhisattva are such that, all dharmas appear as arising and taming. If the true meaning is not realized, then this is the true meaning of the teachings. All three realms are the fields of the victors, the five degenerations are the place of bliss. The five aggregates are perfect enlightenment, the

My five aggregates dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, All the sources of phenomena, Dissolve into the expanse of great bliss, All abide in the unborn bliss. Ema, how wondrous is this! The profound meaning of the teachings is this, The source of all is most wondrous! Taming all is most amazing! Ema, the nature of Bodhicitta is, Arising in all and free from aims, Inexpressible and appearing to all, Yet in the very appearance, there is no grasping. Ema, the most secret Dharma, From the nature of Vajrakila, As it is taught, so it arises, Yet even arising, it dissolves into the wisdom realm. Ema, all the Buddhas are, Born from the lineage and gather in the lineage, The lineages arise in the pure realm, Conditioned things likewise dissolve into the realm. From the realm, the realm arises, most wondrous! All great wonders arise, In the awareness without inner or outer, The appearance of duality is most wondrous! In the absence of ultimate oneness, The appearance of difference is most wondrous! From the nature of all Dharmata, Seeing things as real is utterly mistaken. In the nature of non-grasping, Grasping self-continuity is utterly mistaken. Ema, Samantabhadra is, The nature of all things, Like a reflection in a mirror. The Dharmata of Samantabhadra is, The Dharmata Kila is the basis of all, Though there is no basis for the appearance of self-continuity, Yet it appears and the nature is spontaneously accomplished. That very great blessing is, The great compassion Kila also, Is the blessing of all Sugatas. To whom to tame, to what face, Both with cause and effect. The wrathful, fierce, enjoyment body, Empowerment tames the evil of the three realms. That empowerment for the benefit of beings, All actions will be completely fulfilled. The two Nirmanakayas, the best of mind, From oneself, no other arises. Those evil ones tamed by him, Parents, children, and all relatives, Are merely helpers for those to be tamed. This Kila of Bodhicitta, The great secret, the lord of secrets, More secret than the secret. In the non-duality of space and realm, Space is the five awarenesses of wisdom, The fierce form of Vajrakila, The five horns are the lords of the five wisdoms, Arising as five syllables. For the sake of arising play, it abides, The realm is the wisdom Dharmadhatu, Fiercely liberating the realm of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A)
