It never changes. From the nature of the vajra kīla, In the power of taming, it appears as anything. It is the nine distinctions of knowledge. Again, The straight teachings purify afflictions. Self-knowing and self-illumination is the meaning of viewing, It is shown by four, and five is also fine. The vehicle of immeasurable compassion, And the vehicle of equality wisdom, And whatever is the spontaneously accomplished, non-abandoning vehicle, Is the dharma nature of the vajra kīla. From the very nature of great bliss, A precious treasury that completely dominates. From the nature of conceptual thought as space, Everything is born without birth. Clouds and fog and water vapor, The sun and moon and stars, Thunder and lightning and hail, Burning and throwing. Everything, everything arises. Sometimes various things appear in the sky, Sometimes the sky becomes empty. Such is the nature of the sky, Nothing at all, yet everything appears. Therefore, the sky is free from objects. Likewise, the nature of bodhicitta is, It brings happiness and it brings suffering. Buddhas arise and sentient beings arise, Gods arise and demons arise, Higher realms arise and lower realms arise, Existence arises and non-existence arises. Sometimes all kinds of things arise, Sometimes all kinds of things dissolve into the dharmadhatu. There is no grasping of existence and non-existence. Even the retinue of the teacher, Arises from the very nature of bodhicitta. In the nature of knowing and clarity, Arises dullness and obscurity. In the nature of anger and violence, Arises peace and certainty. Attachment and clinging arise, The nature of emptiness without grasping arises. In the nature of killing and cutting, The nature of great love arises. In the nature of afflicted suffering, The nature of vast happiness arises. In the dharmadhatu of the vastness of mind, Unimaginable samsara and nirvana are contained. Therefore, from the vastness of mind, Everything, everything arises. Because the self-continuum is not established as an entity, Therefore, it is shown that everything Can be accomplished in everything. It is merely shown as appearance. Because there is the nature of appearance, Therefore, all arising arises from the mind. Therefore, the basis of all things, Is the nature that is difficult to show, In the dharma nature that must be shown, It is not shown as an entity, yet it exists. Emptiness symbolizes emptiness.

La! The nature of emptiness is difficult to fathom, and it is impossible to point out 'this is emptiness.' From the Dharma nature of Vajrakila, everything arises, therefore, it is shown definitively because it is without certainty. The Samadhi of Great Loving-kindness. From the Tantra of Vajrakila, the twelfth chapter, the chapter of Great Loving-kindness. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the Samadhi of Empowerment, from the Dharma nature of primordial purity, the supreme realization of great power. If not realized, then with fierce great power, properly bestowed, it destroys the evil destinies. If one obtains the empowerment free from grasping, then there is nothing to do, and one subdues all the realms. If one realizes the empowerment of the Dharma nature Kila, then the empowerments of great compassion will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerments of the primordial great expanse, then the empowerments of immeasurable loving-kindness will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerments of clear awareness, then the empowerments of great wisdom will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerments of the clear teacher, then the empowerments of benefit and power will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerment that dispels the darkness of ignorance, then the empowerments of body, speech, and mind will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerment of the primordial, vast Bodhicitta, then the empowerments of charnel ground substances will arise spontaneously. If one realizes the empowerment of the ultimate Dharma nature Kila, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments that subdue the wicked. If one realizes the meaning of all four appearances, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of self-continuum substances. If one realizes the empowerments of the great self-born, then there is no need to bestow the power of the empowerment of faith. If one thoroughly understands the empowerments of great emptiness, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of appearing substances. If one realizes the empowerment of being separated from the basis of sin, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of great merit. If one realizes the meaning of being separated from the basis of accumulation, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of the ten virtues and merit. If one obtains the empowerment where good and bad cannot be distinguished, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of forceful examination. If one obtains the empowerment where the essence naturally abides, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments bestowed in sequential numbers. If one realizes the self-born wisdom, self-empowerment, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments of lamp wisdom. If one realizes the great self-born effortless empowerment, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments that distinguish the stages of approach and accomplishment. If one realizes the empowerment of the Dharma nature primordial great empowerment, then there is no need to bestow the empowerments that distinguish the stages of wisdom.
