Grant the siddhi of phurba. Having said that, he could not be subdued by repeatedly subduing with the truth of peace, and thought to subdue with wrath. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrakila, having gathered all the Tathagatas filling the sky into the five families, united them indivisibly with his own deity, and manifested his body as a terrifying wrathful deity. Many appeared, went to the terrifying realm of wrath, and played with the consort. He also offered many faults of desire and remained. At that time, Rudra returned to his own abode, and saw that there was a wrathful deity more powerful than himself that he had never seen before. He was very frightened and arrogance arose. Then, Vajrakila made an even more terrifying union and said: The time of the great oath has come! The time of the great emanation has come! The time of the great hand gesture has come! Of those who generate the mind of supreme enlightenment, the body emanated by the Buddhas of the three times, to many vidyadharas, who steal the accomplishments, this eternal king Rudra, by the blessing of the great wrathful one, strike him down in an instant, and let him experience suffering. Having said that, he recited: Om Vajrakili Kilaya Sarva Vighnam Bam Hum Rudra Maraya Phat. You make me, who has happiness, turn away from (suffering). From today onwards, I will be your servant. By your skillful conduct, accomplish the work of the Buddha. 献上净除污垢之座。如是祈请后，金刚橛（藏文：བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ།）示现大誓印，说道“萨玛雅 吽”（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ།），并赐予教言：成为我的眷属后，应听从教诲之语。以慈悲救度汝等，此誓言并非杀戮镇压之事，而是将五蕴充满金刚，我的识转为金刚。如是说后，将色蕴作为座，五蕴化为五部本尊，令识解脱于寂灭。同样，佛母也调伏了他的妻子。他的眷属五大天，由五胜子调伏：对于凶恶且怀有嗔恨心的，日月等大天，使其失去力量和神通。谛听，诸魔和邪师之众，莫违背我们的教令。如是说后，各自以咒语调伏了十方护法。之后，业金刚橛（藏文：ཀརྨ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ།）对诽谤佛法、胡言乱语的赤色厉鬼说道：若有罪人违背金刚秘密之教令，我大怒尊将使其头颅裂为百瓣。如是说后，以大威力忿怒咒降伏，使身体成为宫殿之缘起，安置于安乐之中。之后，诸明母说道调伏鲁扎之眷属：对于凶恶且怀有嗔恨心的眷属，违背教令的邪师，以金刚火焚烧其心，使其身语如微尘般毁灭。如是说后，各自以咒语调伏了众多。降伏彼等后，授记菩提心为佛。以彼等之身作为座，幻化出法界之宫殿。之后，薄伽梵说了这段偈颂：唉玛吙！一切佛皆从我生，彼等从愚痴和嗔恨生，傲慢嫉妒从我生，若以无二之觉悟而了知，此乃法性之真谛。秘密咒语加持佛之威力，此乃降伏彼等之时，降伏彼等后成就佛果。此等乃是制胜之勇士，其余者乃是杀戮尸体，从堕落中之最堕落者，以此乃是八堕。

After praying thus, Vajrakilaya showed the great samaya mudra and said, "Samaya Hum," and bestowed the command: After becoming my retinue, listen to the words of instruction. Saving you with compassion, this samaya is not about killing and suppressing, but about filling the aggregates with vajra, and transforming my consciousness into vajra. After saying this, he made the aggregate of form into a seat, transformed the five aggregates into deities, and liberated consciousness into nirvana. Similarly, the consort also subdued his wife. His retinue, the five great gods, were subdued by the five supreme sons: For the cruel and hateful great gods, such as the sun and moon, make them powerless and without magical powers. Listen, you hosts of obstacles and false teachers, do not transgress our commands. After saying this, each subdued the ten directions' protectors with their own mantras. Then, Karma Kilaya spoke to the red Damtsi, who slanders the Dharma and speaks nonsense: If any sinner transgresses the secret vajra command, I, the great wrathful one, will split his head into a hundred pieces. After saying this, he subdued them with the mantra of the great wrathful one, made the body the cause of the palace, and placed the mind in bliss. Then, the Dakinis said to subdue the retinue of Rudra: For the cruel and hateful retinue, the false teachers who transgress the command, burn their hearts with vajra fire, and destroy their body and speech like dust. After saying this, each subdued many with their own mantras. After subduing them all, they prophesied that the Bodhicitta would become a Buddha. Using their bodies as seats, they magically created the palace of the Dharmadhatu. Then, the Bhagavan spoke this verse: Emaho! All Buddhas are born from me, they are born from ignorance and hatred, pride and jealousy are born from me, if one knows well with non-dual realization, this is said to be the truth of Dharma. The blessing of secret mantras is the power of the Buddhas, this is the time to subdue them, after subduing them, Buddhahood is attained. These are the victorious heroes, the rest are killing corpses, the most fallen from the fallen, this is the eight falls.
