It should not be done in any other way. In this way, suppress the Matangī, make it into an outer offering room, open the door of seizing, and place banners and other things inside. Also, create a platform similar in shape to Matangī, showing the head not facing southwest, and the feet facing northeast. Make the color entirely blue-green, and lay it face up. The size should be adjusted according to the width and narrowness of the place. In the heart of Matangī, create a three-tiered mandala of the three poisons. The outermost layer is a red square, one span wide. Above that is a dark blue triangle, four fingers wide. Above that is a red-black crescent shape, three fingers wide. The forehead and face, and two hands, the two kidneys on the left and right, the mouth and wisdom, the platform should be a fathom-long square. The outer layer of that should all be crescent-shaped, two fingers wide. The outer layer of that should all be painted with the red-black fire mountain of the end of the kalpa. Then arrange the substances. In a single-braided Bhāṇḍa, write the essence of the Great Glorious Father and Mother, and place it on the red-black crescent shape above. On the dark blue triangle below that, paint the red-black flames of the end of the kalpa. On the final red square, write the essence of the Four Families of Heruka, and place them in the four directions. On the branch mandala, write the essence of the Eight Gaurīs on small pieces and place them. The flesh and bones of the Great Glorious Father and Mother, and the flesh of the Eight Mamos' offering symbols, should also be arranged according to the directions. Arrange four handfuls of the substances of the Four Pramenmās in the four directions. Arrange four heads in the four corners. Ears, red flowers, fat, noses, feet, eyes, millet, benzoin, and cow-yellow should also be placed. Place auspicious banners at the four doors, and if there are no substances of the Independent Mother on the outer layer, write the name. Make the deity's torma crescent-shaped, decorated with nine red drops of blood, and offer the torma of all the samaya substances, covered with a great cloud-like mask. Light nine large butter lamps. Surround the perimeter with a Vasudhā intestine rope, and place as much blood and heart as possible. Then invite, offer, confess, and pray for accomplishments, recite, invoke the deity, entrust the activities, summon enemies and obstacles, subdue them into the form, and kill them. Then gather the mandala. Next is the three-tiered mandala, first it must be complete with the four perfections.
