Its materials for practice should be explained as follows: A Bhandha of noble lineage, possessing characteristics, accumulated at the willow tree, nectar, blood, ghi, camphor, large meat, large fat, the heart and fruit of the nalbu, and the finest sugarcane offering. On a Bhandha similar to this, adorned with the essence of the goddess, placed facing each other in the center of the mandala, when signs and omens appear, obtain accomplishment and protect the vows. Large meat incense and large fat fire, flowers born from poison, and the secret essence of blood, etc. Skull back to back, the sound of a large drum, the cymbals of the Bhandha, the horn of the leg bone, a banner of large animal skin, a black parasol, and a fan made from the hand of a corpse. These should be accumulated as materials for practice. On the first step of the triangle, hang a garland of skulls, on the second place a sword, and on the third place an arrow. Bless and place them. Inside, spread the mat of a widow, it is an image aimed at the six defilements, all characteristics are fully complete. Smear with the essence of three hot substances, and place it inside together with the name and clan. On an extremely inauspicious skull, smear the blood of a goat, horse, and dog, the blood of a pig, and wolfsbane. Seven iron nails smeared with poison, point upwards and insert them inside.
