印度语：Śrīdevīkīlīcittasudhānaguhyatantra。 藏语：吉祥黑女神心髓命修秘密续。 礼敬薄伽梵金刚黑汝嘎！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵大金刚持与诸子眷属等，安住于清净莲花女阴之中。 复有菩萨摩诃萨秘密主吉祥金刚手，以及恶魔之母阎魔之妹吉祥天女等，得见自性坛城，于过去诸如来前立誓，今为守护如来释迦牟尼佛之教法而发愿，未来于佛地成熟并受记之发愿者，一同安住。 复有未见自性坛城者，如帝释天、阎魔、罗刹、食肉鬼、夜叉、黑母、饿鬼、瓮腹鬼、乾闼婆、紧那罗、非天、迦楼罗、母鬼、空行母、空行母之主吉祥大黑天等，一同安住。 彼时，秘密主金刚手菩萨从座而起，对未见自性坛城者如是说：帝释天等，汝等当礼敬、供养、皈依如来及其子眷属等，并信奉清净光明之方。 帝释天等众，称念十方诸佛之名而礼敬、皈依，并信奉、爱乐光明之方，合掌恭敬而立，如是发愿：为令佛法长久住世、弘扬光大，我等当以礼敬、供养、皈依、信奉、爱乐、作意之加持力，令如来及其子眷属等显现于我等之前！

In the language of India: Śrīdevīkīlīcittasudhānaguhyatantra. In the Tibetan language: The Secret Tantra of the Essence Sadhana of the Heart of the Glorious Black Goddess. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajra Heruka! Thus have I heard at one time. The Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, together with his sons and retinue, was dwelling in the perfectly pure lotus womb of a consort. Moreover, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Lord of Secrets, the Glorious Vajrapani, and also the sister of Yama, the mother of demons, the Glorious Goddess, having seen the mandala of their own nature, having made vows before the Tathagatas of the past, having made aspirations to protect the doctrine of the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha at present, and having aspirations to mature in the Buddha-field in the future and to be prophesied, were dwelling together. Moreover, those who had not seen the mandala of their own nature, such as Indra, Yama, Rakshasa, flesh-eaters, Yakshas, black mothers, hungry ghosts, Kumbhandas, Gandharvas, Kinnaras, Asuras, Garudas, Matrikas, Dakinis, and the lord of Dakinis, the Glorious Great Black One, were dwelling together. At that time, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, rose from his seat and said to those who had not seen the mandala of their own nature: Indra and others, you should pay homage, make offerings, take refuge in, and have faith in the pure and bright side of the Tathagatas, together with their sons and retinue. Indra and the others, reciting the names of the Buddhas of the ten directions, paid homage, took refuge, and had faith and love for the bright side, stood with folded hands in reverence, and made this aspiration: In order to make the Buddha's Dharma abide long in the world and to spread it widely, we shall, by the blessings of homage, offerings, refuge, faith, love, and attention, cause the Tathagatas, together with their sons and retinue, to appear before us!

未播种，就在那一瞬间，如来佛及其眷属显现了。然后，帝释天等心生欢喜，用天上的曼陀罗花等供养，降下了巨大的珠宝雨。然后，秘密主金刚手说道：帝释天等，为了你们守护佛法，请向吉祥黑女神祈请。说完，帝释天等世间眷属供养并赞颂吉祥黑女神，说道：请您守护佛法。吉祥黑女神说道：佛法是什么？守护是什么？不守护有什么过失？佛法是指经、律、论，是所有佛陀的教言，即三藏。守护是指在世间长久住世。对于受持、听闻、思维、忆持、读诵、完全理解和如理作意的人，要消除障碍，予以惩罚。要守护和救护受持者等，使他们的眷属和受用增多增长。如果不守护，三宝的教令就不起作用，人与非人会制造障碍，因此，佛法就不能在世间长久住世。说完，吉祥黑女神从自己的座位上站起来，向世尊百千次绕拜，合掌于心间，说道：世尊、善逝，为了我守护佛法，听闻正法，守护和救护真正的僧伽，请世尊赐予我灌顶，加持我。祈请后，世尊加持她为度母，为了让她具有真正的力量，为了成为大地的吉祥，为了战胜魔和罗刹，即使在战场上被武器杀死，头颅被斩断，也不会被习气所染污。

Without sowing, in that very instant, the Tathagata and his retinue appeared. Then, Indra and others rejoiced and made offerings with celestial Mandarava flowers and the like, and a great rain of jewels visibly fell. Then, the secret lord Vajrapani said: Indra and others, in order for you to protect the Buddha's teachings, please beseech the glorious black goddess. Having said this, Indra and the other worldly retinues made offerings and praises to the glorious black goddess, saying: Please protect the teachings. The glorious black goddess said: What is meant by teachings? What is meant by protection? What is the fault if it is not protected? Teachings refers to the Sutras, Vinaya, and Abhidharma, which are all the Buddha's teachings, the Tripitaka. Protection means to abide long in the world. For those who hold, listen, contemplate, remember, read, fully understand, and properly attend to them, eliminate obstacles and punish them. Protect and save those who uphold them, and increase and expand their retinue and resources. If it is not protected, the commands of the Three Jewels will not be effective, and humans and non-humans will create obstacles, and therefore, the Buddha's teachings will not abide long in the world. Having said this, the glorious black goddess rose from her seat and circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds of thousands of times, prostrated, and with her palms joined at her heart, said: Bhagavan, Sugata, in order for me to protect the Buddha's teachings, to listen to the true Dharma, and to protect and save the true Sangha, please grant me empowerment, bless me. After this request, the Bhagavan blessed her as Tara, in order to make her possess true power, in order to be the auspiciousness of the great land, in order to conquer demons and rakshasas, even if killed by weapons in battle, and the head is severed, she will not be defiled by habitual tendencies.
