冰雹啊！果实庄稼精华母，夺取众人光彩母，向空九母致敬礼。冬田海的深处住，三界一切广种植母，龙族眷属皆欢喜，电光母前敬礼拜。ra mo ra mo ma dun ting na ma ha ya hi。 具德天女热玛德，可怖黑母及眷属，从东北方请降临，祈请事业恒久住。raksa ma hi ku la padma sa ma ya tistha lhan。吉祥天女至尊秘密命之续，顶礼及祈请久住品第十二竟。复次薄伽梵之吉祥天女，宣说此歌舞及誓言圆满之事业。左右方便与智慧，即是天女之手印，一面四臂忿怒相，右二卡章橛钉刺，左二镜子蛇索持，手印歌舞受供养，降伏敌障作誓愿。母母千之手印者，一切皆是可怖黑母众，右持血之投石器，左持田之扇，手印歌舞受供养，降伏敌障赐誓愿成就。ra mo ma ha mu dra ho。 自生本来清净之誓物五，本来清净之誓物甘露胜，八根千叶，取千佛之成就。大红海与肉香，樟脑水晶香炉香，乃是千佛之誓言，乃是瑜伽士之誓言。此誓言布施大，布施劝请祈请催，悲悯天女大力母，时时聚集誓言连，大自在母一切之主，乃是瑜伽士之独母，名号美妙黑母热玛德，清净甘露誓物献供养，大悲垂念赐予权与成就。ma ha pañca a mri ta kha ram kha hi。 此誓物甘露燃烧之供养，对母众黑母千之眷属，清净甘露誓物欢喜献供养，大悲垂念赐予权与成就。金刚粪便甘露胜，与五尸甘露合，誓言心要

Compassionate goddess, mighty mother, Gathering at the time and stringing the samaya, Great sovereign, the wealth of all, The one mother of all yogis. The name is beautiful, black mother Remati, Pure nectar, samaya substance, I offer. With great compassion, consider and grant power and accomplishment! ma ha pañca a mri ta kha ram kha hi.
