Meditate on holding a small plow and tilling the field. Meditate on sitting with four legs stretched and bent. In the center of the wheel's core mandala, on the right side of meditating on the Great Glorious One, are the mother goddess Subtle Mother Ocean Mother, and the two Sun and Moon Skull Garland Mothers, on an intertwined seat. From the letter "ཧ" of the mind of enlightenment, recite "ཨོྂ་མ་ཧཱ་ལྂ་ཏེ་ཧ་དྷྲིག་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）". The radiant mother goddess becomes clear, with a yellow body, three faces, and six arms. The right face is white, the left face is red, and the middle face is yellow. The first right hand holds a wheel, the middle one holds a victory banner, and the last one holds an owl.
