Mix them together. Mix the heart of a female donkey with the blood of dogs and wolves and make a shape. Write the name and lineage on the Torma. Write (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) on the head. Write (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: liberation) at the end. Write "จิตฺตนารกฺษ จิตฺตนารกฺษข จิตฺตयཀฺษข จิตฺตཐུམรีลีลีรྦད" on the Torma, and place the name and lineage together with the two in the heart. Write seven black ཡྂ and sew them into an amulet. The method of binding the tongue is: on the skull of a poor or rich person, mix bamboo resin and marrow and place it on the skull, bind the tongue with blue and red threads, make the hand gesture of a sea monster, rotate and show it in four directions, and then recite the suppressing mantra: ཨོྂ་རྣལ་ཐིག་ རྣལ་པྲ་བ་ཚུགས་ཤཝ་ལ་མེ་ད་ཐུ་ལ་ས་ཐུ་ལྕགས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱི་ཀྲ་ཐེད་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།, recite and rotate the hand gesture. When dispelling, do not spit on yourself. Through this action, I will have no enemies. In this way, even if there are a thousand enemies, their tongues will be bound. In a place that is pleasing, create a human figure from various grains, decorate it with arrows in the shape of a castle, and adorn it with fine white silk. On a vessel filled with various objects, decorate it with silk arrows. Make sounds with a copper or wicker container, and adorn it with the seven precious jewels. Recite according to the ritual of the Mahashanti. Offer according to the ritual to all males. Then, after offering according to the ritual, press the enemy into a pit filled with a cubit's length of coal. Draw the image of whichever enemy it is on top of it, pressing it face down. On top of that, press it down with a vajra crossed scepter. Then write the enemy's name, utter cries of lamentation, and quickly accomplish the task of expulsion.
