From, in the great secret palace of the gods, the mother who is the source of the Buddhas of the three times, dwells in the hearts of all Buddhas, appearing as a rainbow of light, the palace is the place of the gods. All wisdom heroes and heroines, bright and radiant, majestic and beautiful, blazing with light, a place of bliss. The great mother of the Buddhas is loving and compassionate to all beings, in whose heart dwells the great wisdom hero. The rainbow light blazes, surrounded by all wisdom, the assembly of gods gathered by many Buddhas, is the basis for the great place circumambulated by all Buddhas. Surrounded by the clear letter "འབྲུ", it bestows vows, power, and accomplishments. The clear, radiant, rainbow body, makes clear the light, concentration, and the intention of meditation. The radiation of secret light pervades everywhere, arousing the vows of all Sugata Buddhas, eliminating ignorance, purifying obstacles with light, guiding life, wisdom, power, and accomplishments. The intention of all Sugatas is completely revealed, and everything is established on the ground of unsurpassed Bodhi. The rays of light swirl like white pearls, compassion and blessings abide in beings. Therefore, offer and truly bestow accomplishments. Light, activities, purification of obstacles, accumulation of merit, I prostrate and praise the body of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Thus praised.
