Explaining the secret deeds of life, the certain life and the spoken life, for the truly certain life, wisdom itself is supreme. The increase and decrease of true life is also the same, understand that meaning with wisdom. First, let this life abide, practice relying on objects. In a vase of red coral, after dispelling obstacles and hindrances, a precious palace arises from bhūṃ (藏文，भूं，bhum，earth), oṃ (藏文，ॐ，om，om) and paṃ (藏文，प，pa，pa) are the seat and together, clarified by the essence mantra, Amitayus is white, one face and two arms are clear in the mudra. After summoning with the four mudras, the deities are clear in the heart, called subjugation. From this, the union of father and mother, in the clear union of radiating and gathering, like the eighth day of the sixteen lunar phases, transforming and increasing ā yu. From this, dissolving the supports into the object of focus, sealing with the four mudras, sealing with the mudra of subjugation and absorption, that is hiding āyu.
