The King of Power spoke: "The assemblies of blazing Dakinis are emanations of Bodhisattvas. When subduing those to be tamed who lack faith, they gather the retinues of samsara and act in accordance with the benefit of beings. The wisdom and action Dakinis have the heads of fierce ones on their noble bodies. Hundreds of thousands reside to the right and left. They gather the remnants and bring all actions to an end. The wisdom Dakinis are worshiped, and the action Dakinis are bound by oath, entrusted, and assigned tasks." Thus he spoke. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the forty-eighth chapter, the chapter of the assemblies of Dakinis. Then again, Padma, the Action Bodhisattva, requested the King of Power: "Alas, great King of Power, please speak for the benefit of beings. I beseech you to listen to me regarding the fierce Homa." Thus he requested. The King of Power spoke: "Listen, great Action Bodhisattva. The actions of the fierce Homa are as follows: Within a crescent triangle, ignite a fire with fierce wood. Arouse the four daughters of the wind element. Raise banners and blow on the fire of the elements. Transfer all the fierce ones and perform the actions of subjugation." Thus he spoke. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the forty-ninth chapter, the chapter of Homa. Then the Action Bodhisattva again requested: "King of Power, Emaho! Please explain the actions of attracting and intoxicating." Thus he requested. The King of Power spoke: "The great King of Power emanates BAM(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) from the tip of his tongue. HUNG(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and DZA(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) are emanated from his heart. HOH(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is emanated from the secret place. From these, assemblies of mudras arise: one with an iron hook, one with a noose, one with iron fetters, and one with a bell. With these four, the four activities are perfected. All actions are accomplished." Thus he spoke. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the fiftieth chapter, the chapter of the four mudras. Then again, Padma, the Action Bodhisattva, requested the King of Power: "Alas, Blessed One, Lord of Power, upon what should the support for visualization be made?" Thus he requested. The Blessed One, the King of Power, spoke: "The substance for making the lingam is a human corpse or impure matter. If you fill it with pieces of Ju-tse, and the leaves of the Surub-ka and Tikta, mix it with donkey's nectar. Then make a lingam with marks. The head and limbs...

Hands and feet, secret places, made to possess the five afflictions, made to vow to complete the limbs and branches, separated from the five deities, establishing innocent witnesses and testimonies, using five colors of paint to perform the ritual, using mounds of five colors to suppress, smearing with the blood of three moles, hanging black cities from the neck, placing the bag containing pills in the secret place, performing powerful actions on this. On this, with the great mudra, summon, bind, and nail down. For the cause of the poisonous venom, on this, use the five-fingered phurba, of iron or copper or silver and gold, on this, bestow blessings and empowerments, from the secret place of the father and mother, from the union of bodhicitta, the letters Oṃ (藏文:ཨོྂ,梵文天城体:ओṃ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱྂ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྂ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), circling in order, bless as body, speech, and mind. On this, all the Buddhas, bless this phurba as a son, also empower the power to liberate completely. By nailing and liberating with this, there is nothing that cannot be liberated. Arising from bodhicitta, with compassion, liberate the three realms without wavering, liberate everything in a state of non-duality. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the chapter on establishing the lingam and nailing the phurba, the fifty-first chapter. Then again, Padma Karma's Sattva asked the King of Power, saying: Alas! Blessed One, Lord of Power, if one is to destroy the virtuous deeds of the deceased, what is the form of the action? Please explain, King of Power. Thus he asked. The King of Power replied: If one is to destroy the virtuous deeds of the deceased, first, the purification of body and the purification of mind, then, burning and purifying the corpse, the bones become relics and sacred objects, the sacred objects are placed as the object of offering in the three times. First, the yogi with faith, if one is to manifest and build images and stupas, the mantra practitioner, with intelligence, meditating with one-pointedness, the foundation below is the ten virtues, the first level is the four mindfulnesses, the second is the four right abandonments, the third is the four legs of miraculous power, the fourth is the five faculties of appearance, the support of the vase is the five great powers, the edge is the eightfold noble path, the life force is the ten knowledges, the wheel has thirteen, the power has ten, the near placement has three, the umbrella is the great protection, the nature of great compassion, the beak is skillful means and wisdom.
