Then again, the Bhagavan, the King of Power, was addressed by the Lotus Karma Vajrasattva, who said this: Alas, Bhagavan, Lord of Power, supreme power, blazing assembly of gods, how is it fulfilled by following? I listen to the gods of power, may the King of Power bestow his command! Thus he requested. The King of Power said: Karma Vajrasattva, listen well and keep it in mind. When fulfilling the gods of power, that non-believing sentient being, Rakshasa, after liberating him with great compassion, bless all as nectar, may the gods enjoy. With that, fulfill the Sugata's samaya. Maṃsa rakta keng rus offer the torma. Fulfill the samaya by filling with the three poisons. Therefore, fulfill with a wonderful torma. Rāga rakta fulfill with attachment. Fulfill all with form and formlessness. By fulfilling in this way, one obtains accomplishment. Fulfill with the five great nectars. Fulfill with a wonderful torma. Fulfill with the blood of compassion and attachment. Fulfill with the essence of birds and sheep. By fulfilling all, one reverses all. Therefore, it is the great fulfillment and reversal. With sentient beings' minds and the basis of all, fulfill the samaya of the great powerful father and mother. The five aggregates and the five elements, the eight consciousnesses and the eight objects, mind, dharma, non-virtue, and perversion, fulfill by the gods of the sphere and the taming of beings. With the five elements and the four classes, fulfill the samaya of the nine mandalas. With diseases and demons, fulfill the samaya of the assembly of dogs and wolves. With the remnants of this assembly, fulfill the samaya of the blind and hunchbacked. With the four classes of this limb, fulfill the samaya of the wrathful ones of the four gates.
