སྐུར། གསང་བའི་མིང་ཞིག་ གདགས་སུ་གསོལ།ེ་མ་ར་ག་ར་སིདྡྷི་ནག་ཙན་ཏྲ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཞེས་འབུལ་ལོ།། དམ་བཅའ་འོ།། ཞེས་ཞུས་པས། པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་སོ་འཐད་དོ་ལེགས་སོ།། ཁྱེད་རྣམས་བརྩེ་ བ་དང།མ་བྲལ་བ་ན་མ་ར་བྱའོ།། འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་ན་བདག་གི་གཟུངས་མར་བྱའོ།། སྙིང་ཉེ་ན་བུ་མོར་བྱའོ།། མ་སྲིང་རྒྱ་མཚོར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་གསང་མཚན་སིང་ཧ་ཛམ་བྷ་ལ། དེས་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ མཚན་མའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་གཞོམ་ཞིང།ཁྱོ་དང་མིང་པོ་བྲན་ཕོ་དང།། བྲན་མོ་ལ་སོགས་བསྒྲལ་བའི་ཕྱིར།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ།། ཐུགས་རྗེའི་གཤོལ་ཆེན་འདི་ཐོགས་ལ།། ཞིང་ཆེན་ཞིང་ཆུང་ འདི་རློག་ཅིག།ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏེ། པདྨ་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིས། སྔར་དྲེགས་པ་བསྒྲལ་བའི་ལྷག་ལྷོག་ལ། པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཡི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ།། རྟག་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ནི་བསྒྱུར། དམ་ཚིག་གི་རྗེས་སུ་སློབ་སྟེ། བྷྱོ་ཐང་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསད། བྷྱོ་ཐང་གསུམ་གྱིས་བོས། ཁཱ་ཧི་ཐང་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྟབ། ལེ་ཐང་གསུམ་གྱིས་སྦྱངས་ནས། རོལ་དུ་བཅུག་པ་ལས། དབང་ཕྱུག་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་པ། གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ངོ་མཚར ཆེའོ།། དྲི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་གདའ་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དྲི་ལགས་སམ། རོ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་གདའ་ན། བདུད་རྩིའི་རོ་ལགས་སམ། སྒྲ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་གདའ་ན། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ལགས་སམ། བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི སྔོན་ལས་ཀྱང་མཐུ་སྐྱེས་པ་སྙམ་བགྱིད་དོ།། བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི་སྔོན་པས་ཀྱང་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྐྱེས་པ་སྙམ་བགྱིད་དོ།། རིག་པ་སྐྱེས་པ་སྙམ་བགྱིད་དོ།། ཚོར་བ་སྐྱེས་པ་སྙམ་བགྱིད་དོ།། དུག་སྨན་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ལགས སམ།ཟས་བདུད་རྩིར་གྱུར་པ་ལགས་སམ། རྫས་དག་པའི་ནུས་མཐུ་ལགས་སམ། ཇི་ལྟར་བསམས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་བམ་སྙམ་མོ།། ཞེས་ཞུས་པས་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཧོ་མ་ དང་སྲིང་མོ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས།། དགའ་བ་སྙམ་དུ་བླངས་སོ།། བྱང་ཆུབ་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བ་ཡིས།། ཞིང་བཅུ་བསྒྲལ་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས།། རྟག་ཏུ་སྨོན་དུ་གྱུར་པར་ངེས་སོ།། ཟས་བདུད་རྩིར་གྱུར་པ ངེས་སོ།། དེའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས་ངའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་བ་དང། རྟའི་དབྱངས་ཐོས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།། ངའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་བ་དང་རྟའི་དབྱངས་ཐོས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། ཡབ་ཡུམ་ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས་ནས། སྒྱུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་འགྱུར་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པའི་དབང་ཐོབ་པོ།། དེ་ནས་སིང་ཧ་ཛམ་བྷ་ལ་བི་ས་མི་ཏེ་ཞེས་བརྗོ

请赐予一个秘密的名字。ེ་མ་ར་ག་ར་སིདྡྷི་ནག་ཙན་ཏྲ་ས་མ་ཡ། 这样献上。立下誓言。这样禀告后，莲花舞自在王（པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ）说道：种姓好，可以，很好。你们不离慈爱，就做“那摩拉”。没有聚集和分离，就做我的陀罗尼母。心相近就做女儿。为了做母姐妹之海，不变的秘密名字是“辛哈扎姆巴拉”。以此摧毁你们名相的分别念，为了救度丈夫和兄弟、男仆和女仆等。薄伽梵（བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས）说道：拿起这把慈悲的大犁，耕耘这大大小小的田地吧！这样说完后，莲花自在王，用先前降伏傲慢者的残余物，混合五甘露（པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་，梵文天城体：पञ्चामृत，梵文罗马拟音：pañcāmṛta，汉语字面意思：五甘露）之物，转变常恒的等持，依随誓言教导，用三个“བྷྱོ”杀死，用三个“བྷྱོ”召唤，用三个“ཁཱ་ཧི་”指示，用三个“ལེ་”净化后，让她们享受。自在母们禀告道：舞蹈自在太稀奇了！有圆满的香味，是智慧的香味吗？有圆满的滋味，是甘露的滋味吗？有圆满的声音，是智慧的声音吗？我们觉得比以前更有力量了。我们觉得比以前更有神通了。觉得生起了觉性。觉得生起了感受。是毒变成了药吗？是食物变成了甘露吗？是清净物的能力吗？我们想是否如所想般成就呢？这样禀告后，自在王薄伽梵说道：霍！母亲和姐妹们，你们心中充满了喜悦。为了求菩提的缘故，以救度十方刹土的加持力，必定会成为常恒的祈愿。食物必定会变成甘露。以那加持力，才能见到我的面容，听到马的嘶鸣。以见到我的面容和听到马的嘶鸣的加持力，父母方便和智慧清净了障碍，获得了幻身变化的无碍自在。之后念诵“辛哈扎姆巴拉 比萨米德”。

Please grant a secret name. e ma ra ga ra siddhi nag tsa tra sa ma ya. Thus it is offered. A vow is made. When this was requested, the Great Lord of Lotus Dance (Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Chenpo) said: The lineage is good, it is fitting, it is excellent. If you do not separate from love, then do 'Namarabyo'. If there is no gathering and separation, then do my dharani mother. If you are close to the heart, then do daughter. For the sake of the ocean of mothers and sisters, the unchanging secret name is 'Singha Jambhala'. With this, destroy your conceptual thoughts of names, and for the sake of saving husbands and brothers, male and female servants, etc. The Bhagavan (Deity) said: Take this great plow of compassion, and plow these large and small fields! After saying this, the Lotus Lord of Power, with the remnants of the former arrogance, mixed the gatherings of the Five Amritas (pañcāmṛta, Devanagari Sanskrit: पञ्चामृत, IAST: pañcāmṛta, literally: five nectars), transformed the eternal samadhi, and taught according to the vows. Killed with three 'Bhyos', summoned with three 'Bhyos', instructed with three 'Kha His', purified with three 'Les', and then allowed them to enjoy. The powerful mothers then requested: The Lord of Dance is very wonderful! If there is a perfect fragrance, is it the fragrance of wisdom? If there is a perfect taste, is it the taste of nectar? If there is a perfect sound, is it the sound of wisdom? We feel that we have more power than before. We feel that we have more miraculous powers than before. We feel that awareness has arisen. We feel that feeling has arisen. Is poison transformed into medicine? Is food transformed into nectar? Is it the power of pure substances? We wonder if it will be accomplished as we think? After they requested this, the Lord of Power, the Bhagavan, said: Ho! Mothers and sisters, you have taken joy to heart. For the sake of seeking enlightenment, by the blessing of saving ten realms, it will surely become an eternal prayer. Food will surely become nectar. By that blessing, you will see my face and hear the sound of the horse. By the blessing of seeing my face and hearing the sound of the horse, the father and mother, method and wisdom, have purified the obscurations, and obtained the unobstructed power of the illusory body transformation. Then recite 'Singha Jambhala Bismite'.
