Named Tira the wanderer, she is an unpleasant and cruel woman, holding a field staff in her hand, carrying a tiny Tira in her mouth and running, residing as the consort who eats flesh and blood. Eight blind people ride on eight conch shell dogs with coral leashes, sniffing and running behind. The blind ones hold copper lassos and blood imprints, listening to the Empowerment King's commands, and remain waiting for instructions. Furthermore, they are surrounded by many retinues. The eastern nine-headed stack holds an iron hook. The southern seven-headed stack holds a copper lasso. The western five-headed stack holds an iron hammer. The northern three-headed stack holds a bell. From the Tantra of the Supreme Horse Play, the chapter on generating and elaborating the retinue is the thirteenth. The Great Bliss Wheel has thirty-two petals, the Enjoyment Wheel at the throat has sixteen petals, the Dharma Wheel at the heart has eight petals, the Emanation Wheel at the navel has sixty-four petals, and the Fire Wind Wheel is in the shape of a bow and banner. The reality of things is spoken of in this way. Then, the condensed hundred-syllable mantra is elaborated. From that elaboration and condensation, the deities are perfected, which is the meaning of the Secret Essence. The Empowerment King thus instructed. First, offer the peaceful practice, the Vajra.

Hulu (藏文：ཧུ་ལུ་，梵文天城体：हुलु，梵文罗马拟音：hulu，汉语字面意思：呼噜) above are the eight Bodhisattvas, and below are the eight Bodhisattva mothers. Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：帕) is the offering goddess. E (藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：诶) and Arali (藏文：ཨཱ་ར་ལི་，梵文天城体：आरलि，梵文罗马拟音：ārali，汉语字面意思：阿惹利) are the six Thupas. Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is the four great gatekeepers. Hari (藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हरिः，梵文罗马拟音：hariḥ，汉语字面意思：哈日) and Jah (藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝) are the mantras of Samantabhadra, father and mother. Thus, the practice of pacification is taught. Then, the approach to the wrathful ones is as follows: Om (藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) is the five wisdoms, the blood-drinking fathers and mothers. Hulu (藏文：ཧུ་ལུ་，梵文天城体：हुलु，梵文罗马拟音：hulu，汉语字面意思：呼噜) above are the eight Gauri wrathful mothers. Hulu (藏文：ཧུ་ལུ་，梵文天城体：हुलु，梵文罗马拟音：hulu，汉语字面意思：呼噜) below are the eight Simhamukha flesh-eating mothers. Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：帕) is the four great gatekeepers. E Arali (藏文：ཨཱ་ར་ལི་，梵文天城体：आरलि，梵文罗马拟音：ārali，汉语字面意思：阿惹利) are the twenty-eight Ishvaris. Hum Hari (藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हरिः，梵文罗马拟音：hariḥ，汉语字面意思：哈日) are the wrathful ones. Jah (藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝) means re-emanation and triple emanation. Approaching them alleviates poverty and purifies the obscurations of beings. Through this, one attains the fruit of enlightenment. This is the secret practice of the peaceful and wrathful deities of space. Om (藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) is Padma Heruka, endowed with the five wisdoms. Hulu (藏文：ཧུ་ལུ་，梵文天城体：हुलु，梵文罗马拟音：hulu，汉语字面意思：呼噜) above are the staff-bearing mother and the lightning-moving mother. Hulu (藏文：ཧུ་ལུ་，梵文天城体：हुलु，梵文罗马拟音：hulu，汉语字面意思：呼噜) below are the claw-bearing and wing-bearing mothers. Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：帕) are the six Khamgyamo. E (藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：诶) and A (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) are the blind women. Ra (藏文：ར，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：ra，汉语字面意思：惹) and Li (藏文：ལི，梵文天城体：लि，梵文罗马拟音：li，汉语字面意思：利) are the deaf women. Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) are the four wrathful ones with stacked heads. Hari (藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हरिः，梵文罗马拟音：hariḥ，汉语字面意思：哈日) are the eight jackal eaters. Jah (藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝) is the terrifying assembly of eight dogs. Thus, this is the practice of subjugation. Thus, this is the great mantra of subjugation. The supreme speech is accomplished, and the fruit of Buddhahood is attained. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the determination of the letter syllables and the chapter on practice is the fourteenth. Then, when the king of subjugation was showered with rain of poisonous weapons by demons, nagas, and rakshasas, the king of subjugation entered into the samadhi of immovability. All the poisonous weapons turned into flowers and goddesses. All poisons were completely destroyed and pacified. Sixteen aspects of immovability arose in joy. On top of the head of the great empowerment, each of the five victorious ones of the families was surrounded by four goddesses, appearing in the mandala of the five aggregates. Through the mandala of the five aggregates, all practices are completely meaningful. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the chapter on practicing the goddesses and families from the state of immovability is the fifteenth. Then, the king of empowerment, after being offered uncontaminated offerings by the powerful mothers, the king of empowerment said, "Please grant a command! Please grant us an empowerment that cannot be seen by others."
