It stimulates the commitment of the wisdom deity, engages the supreme son Vajrakilaya in the work of restraining, engages the oath-bound dakinis in the work of commanding, brings enemies closer to the deity, raises a great cry in the city of demons, and is the greatest of all incense and smoke. It eliminates all mamo epidemics and woolly epidemics, as well as diseases arising from demons and those caused by elementals, and can be dispelled merely by emitting smoke. Although it can run through the four hundred and four diseases, it especially and completely expels black serous fluid. If used as a fumigation, it can dispel swelling and protrusions. The tenth drop, rising upwards, is born in the blue-green Koma tree. It exists like a water libation, piled up like water bubbles.
